Great deal on this hotel and they let me pay a little extra for a late check out since my flight wasn’t until sunset. It’s a bit outside of the downtown area but I was able to walk to the beach just fine. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. It’s not the Ritz but the price is right and was comfy. Even had a balcony

Very old and dated hotel, but comfortable enough for a short stay. Air conditioning was a bit weak, but good enough. Not somewhere I'd like to linger, but it was good enough for a quick overnight stay.

The property was nice clean. But a bit too basic. Breakfast is very poor. Boil eggs and toast everyday standard. Most times we could not eat it and I paid for it so that was a waste of funds. Tele was on Greek, even though I asked for it be changed they did not.

My watch has been stolen from my room!!!

I would say be careful and don't leave any belongings when going out of your room. My watch has been stolen while I was was out going to the beach in my last day of stay in Elysso hotel. I realised that I lost my watch when I arrived at the airport. I called the hotel and reported the problem to the hotel receptionist . I have been promised that the hotel manager will contact me, but no one did. I called three times after I got back home and no one bothered to contact me.

Disappointing Stay at Hotel Elysso – Would Not Recommend** I stayed at Hotel Elysso for two nights and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. **Room Issues:** From the first day, the shower faucet was a big problem. No matter if you turn it to the right, left, or keep it in the middle, only extremely hot water comes out—so hot it could burn you! There was no way to get cold or even warm water. **Noise Problems:** On the second night, around midnight, I suddenly heard a very loud industrial noise in my room. It sounded like a huge A/C machine or water pump. The noise was so strange and loud that it made it impossible for me to sleep. I went out to the balcony to check if the sound was coming from outside, but there was nothing—just silence outside. **Poor Customer Service:** I complained to the reception, and both the owner and the receptionist came to my room. They acted like they couldn’t hear anything or said the noise might be from outside. I asked to be moved to another room, but they completely ignored my request and just walked away. I even told them I had an early morning flight and needed to wake up at 6 am to be at the airport by 7, but they still didn’t care or offer any help. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was just okay.
