Rooms clean, good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but did the job. One of the best check-in experiences ive had. Not sure on the girl on the desks name apologies (maybe Maria) was pleasant, very welcoming. Would stay again if in the area.

Ich möchte gerne gutes über die Unterkunft sagen, aber leider kann ich das nicht. Wir wurden am Check-in lieb empfangen & es wurden uns die Hotel Zimmer karten gegeben und ein Band für die Hand. Der Reseptionist hat uns die Zimmerkarte gegeben und direkt zum Zimmer geführt & hat uns gar nicht informiert, was inkl. sei und wo der Frühstückssaal war, pool usw... Uns wurde beim empfang nur gesagt wir seien VIP und alles wäre inkl. dacher dachten wir wir könnten wie alle andere auch normal essen im Unterkunft. Am nächsten Abend gingen wir für Abendessen ins Esssaal und die kellnerin kam und fragte uns nach Zimmernummer und meinte wir sind nicht in System drinnen bzw. nicht all inklusive. Sie meinte sie klärt es am Rezeption ab. Später darauf hin gingen wir in die Stadt und kamen zurück und der Reszeptionist der uns empfangen hat kam auf uns zu das ein Missverständniss gab bezüglich den Armband und forderte uns zum Rezeption zu kommen. Als wir dahin gingen, schnied er unser Armband ab und gab einen anderen OHNE EINE ERKLÄRUNG ODER SICH ZU ENTSCHULDIGUNG!!! dabei wollte er nur das thema wechseln und über sein privatleben erzählen wie er nach Zypern kam. Auch nach dem wechseln vom Band wurde uns erneut nicht erklärt was jetzt inkl. ist und was nicht. Meine Cousine hatte Geburtstag in dieser Woche und wir bekamen eine Einladung vom Hotel für einen Dinner Abend als wir den All Inkl. Armband noch hatten am ersten Tag. Der wurde aber dann abgesagt bzw mussten zahlen dafür.

Lage: Das Hotel ist 5/6 min Fussweg zum Zentrum (Bars, Nachtleben) und zum nächsten Strand (Pantachou Beach) entfernt. Wenn man zum Nissi Beach will, dann lieber mit dem Taxi (3.5km / Taxikosten 10Euro) Zimmer: Wir waren zu zweit. Wir hatten einen französischen Balkon. Das war beim Buchen nicht ersichtlich. WC zu klein (1m x 1m). Die Einzelbetten waren dafür sehr bequem. Sauberkeit: 8/10. Es wird jeden Tag geputzt und die Hand-/Badetücher werden auch jeden Tag erneuert Personal: 8/10. Beim Einchecken gabs eine kleine Verwirrung. Als wir angekommen sind, musste ich meine Personalien kontrollieren und unterschreiben. Alles hat gepasst, ausser die angegeben Kreditkarte. Grund: Bei der Buchung, wird der Geldbetrag an Expedia überwiesen und Expedia überweist dann den Betrag ans Hotel. Dieses Thema wurde aber schnell geklärt. Die Rezeptionistin hat den Buchhaltungs-Manager angerufen und der hat den Sachverhalt erklärt. Das Auschecken verlief reibunglos. Service: Wenn man Tücher für den Strand oder Pool braucht, dann zahlt man eine einmalige Gebühr von 10Euro pro Handtuch. Diese bekommt man nach Abgabe des Handtuches wieder zurück, wenn man Abreist. Wir haben uns ein Strandbuggy gemietet. Das Hotel hat hierfür einen Partner. Wir wurden von einem Mitarbeiter des Buggyverleihs abgeholt, der hat uns die Angebote gezeigt und am letzten Tag als wir den Buggy abgegeben haben, wurden wir wieder ins Hotel gefahren. Den Buggy haben wir auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels kostenlos parkiert.
