Property is very clean we stayed there for 5 nights we rented the studio appartment number 104 very decent for a couple has everything you need constable bead , balcony, full size refrigerator you can do all your shopping once , there is a washing machine and landlord provided detergent , microwave,stove,oven, utensils everything you need its there. Landlord is very helpful he contacted us couple days before we traveled through WhatsApp and provided us with all details we will need all small and big detailed he already provided, also during our stay he contacted me couple of times if we need anything .he is very helpful and easy to contact and respond right away. He also helped me and booked the taxi for me to the airport because our flight was midnight.price is 20 euro at night and 15 euro daytime.(thats the local price everywhere) The Property is right by the beach in the heart of finikoudes walking distance to everything shopping , groceries, restaurants everything also bus stop just across the street from the property , if you taking the bus from larnaca airport take bus 425 bus stops right front of the property. Building is very safe ,very clean and everything is new . Over all was a perfect choice specially after you arrived and start physically see the othere properties you use to choose between online.

The room is nice but lacking in some amenities (pan for cooking, salt/pepper, etc.) and the bed is very uncomfortable. Pillows too, you’re only provided with one per person and they aren’t nice or comfortable. Sleeping was hard because of this. The noise in adjacent rooms is also a little problematic. Decent stay overall
