Detached stone house in a small residence.
Familiar and comfortable, fully renovated in 2012 and 2015 100 meters from a small beach with no roads or public road crossing for children. A five minute walk from the harbor and the small Lagaden Larmor Baden center
On the ground floor, living room with open kitchen, sofa bed (good bedding 2015) Bathroom (2012).
Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (2015) and a single bed, a second small cabin room with 2 bunk beds and extra mattresses for a young.
Enclosed garden with wood terrace and garden furniture, unobstructed view of the gulf at 100 meters. Private parking.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

TrĂšs bonne expĂ©rience dans cette location qui est parfaite pour explorer la rĂ©gion.Tout y est accessible Ă  pied; les commerces essentiels (boulangerie, pharmacie, et Ă©picerie avec large inventaire de bons produits locaux sans compter le marchĂ©), le sentier cĂŽtier et multiples plages. L’appartement lui-mĂȘme Ă©tait trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© pour faire la cuisine sur place. Madame Moulin qui nous a donnĂ© les clefs Ă©tait trĂšs aimable et ponctuelle. Nous serions ravies d’y retourner si l’occasion se prĂ©sentait.

Emplacement idéal car tout à proximité et accÚs à la plage directement ce qui est trÚs bien avec des enfants.Nous regrettons cependant l'étroitesse des lieux pour quatre personnes que ce soit pour le couchage (la deuxiÚme chambre n'en est pas vraiment une) ou les repas surtout quand on est grand (1.90 m), le peu de praticité de la salle de bains (la porte s'ouvre sur le frigo), le frigo qui congÚle les yaourts et le peu de rangements disponibles.A ce tarif-là, nous attendions davantage de confort.

Emplacement idéal en bord d océan, permettant de découvrir le golfe du Morbihan et les mégalithes !! L appartement est confortable et chaleureux, idéal pour 2 à 4 personnes, nous étions 5 c était un peu juste notamment pour les repas.

Tolle Lage- und das war es schon!

Das HĂ€uschen ist ein einem fĂŒrchterlichen Zustand! Abgewohnt und v.a. extrem schmutzig! Die ZustĂ€ndige Dame vor Ort ist nach der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe schnell verschwunden und nicht mehr aufgetaucht. Der Vermieter hat auf die Beschwerde erst am -Schluss vernĂŒnftig reagiert und den miserablen Zustand vor ort bestĂ€tigt. Geputzt oder grundgereinigt wurde nichts. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten viel im Freien sein. Sonst hĂ€tten wir vermutlich ein ausweichquartier gesucht. Insgesamt echt ĂŒbel!

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien situĂ©e, directement sur le GR34. La boulangerie et le marchĂ© sont Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied.Accueil trĂšs, trĂšs agrĂ©able et au revoir chaleureux de Madame Moulin.Bon matelas dans le lit double. Peut-ĂȘtre trop plein dans l'ensemble, nous aurions souhaitĂ© un peu plus d'espace de rangement.La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers neufs. Rien ne nous a manquĂ©.

Super Lage

Wir hatten tolle 3 Wochen, mit wunderbaren Wetter. Die Lage unseres HĂ€uschen ist sehr gut gewesen, zentral fĂŒr ins Dorf, Laden, Hafen oder Restaurant und natĂŒrlich direkt am Meer. Auch die Ausgangslage um den Golf zur erkunden ist optimal. Die Reinigung hĂ€tte etwas grĂŒndlicher sein können und die Ausstattung moderner. Die Wiese vor den FerienhĂ€usern ist genial fĂŒr Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bon emplacement mais des prestations limitées

Bonjour Nous avons séjourné dans cette location avec nos 3 enfants (de 12 à 16 ans). L'emplacement est trÚs agréable et nous avons été bien reçu par la conciergerie mais heureusement que nous avons eu beau temps car le gßte n'est vraiment pas fait pour une famille de plus de 4: tables non adaptées, une chambre pour enfants trÚs petite (on ne peut ouvrir la porte entiÚrement et sans placard qui puisse recevoir des affaires). Nous avons également eu un problÚme d'odeur (dans la chambre du grand lit) incrustée dans le matelas et les oreillers et nous avons du racheter une alÚse (celle donnée était pour un lit plus petit et donc ne tenait pas). Bref nous avons été à l'étroit mais nous garderons un bon souvenir de la région. Le village de Larmor Baden est agréable et on y trouve de petits commerces bien pratiques.

A mon arrivĂ©e je me serai bien dispensĂ©e de faire le mĂ©nage. PoussiĂšre, vaisselle prĂ©sentant des trace de repas, cheveux et poils dans la douche, oreillets et couette tachĂ©s, Ă©lĂ©ments de cuisine gras, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur non nettoyĂ©. Si je peux me permettre, il faudrait que les photos sur l'annonce soient actualisĂ©es, ce qui Ă©viterait d'ĂȘtre déçue.

.trop chùre pour la prestation.

Kerjam a de nombreux atouts, localisation dans un charmant village avec commerces et embarcadĂšre pour faire le tour du golf. Beau marchĂ© du dimanche situation proche du golfe et du sentier avec accĂšs Ă  une petite plage. Belle nature et rĂ©sidence calme ( en mai en tout cas). Literie confortable. Dommage que la maison soit si encombrĂ©e et assez mal rangĂ©e ( collection d’éponges usagĂ©es, balais en vrac dans la salle d’eau
 empilement de vieux prospectus touristiques etc. Mais surtout le descriptif devrait prĂ©ciser que la salle d’eau au rdc s’ouvre direct sur le coin cuisine. Donc le toilette est vraiment trĂšs trĂšs prĂšs du frigo! Donc ces inconvĂ©nients font que la location reste trop chĂšre. Le menage inclus dans le prix n’était pas bien fait et tout n’est pas clean
 par exemple l’intĂ©rieur des placards Ă  vaisselle laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Dommage.

Tres bon séjour!

La vue de la mer est telle que sur les photos avec une petite plage au bout du jardin. Le bourg est les commerces sont à proximité. On peut partir faire les sentiers cÎtiers depuis la maisonnette. Bref tres beau séjour. Nous recommandons.
