There is 2 television in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the land is 1100 square meters. There are mosquito nets in the bedrooms. a washing machine is available. The house is 1 hour from the sea (King's grau) and 20 minutes from the mountain (Ardèche Gorge). There are municipal swimming pools 10 minutes away (pierrelatte, st paul 3 castles, bolléne). The crocodile farm 10 minutes. Castle grignan 20 minutes.

Parfait !

Mille mercis à notre hôte, très disponible, chaleureux et sympathique, tout en étant discret, pour ce séjour fort agréable. La location est très bien entretenue et fonctionnelle. Son emplacement, dans une petite commune au charme indéniable, à proximité d'Avignon, Nîmes, Orange, le Pont-du-Gard, les gorges de l'Ardèche, Montélimar, Vaison-la-Romaine, ..., est idéal. Le cadre de vie est splendide. Bref, n'hésitez pas !

Super génial

Superbe villa tout confort avec un hôte fantastique; super gentil, à l'écoute de ses vacanciers et très réactif. Tout est fait pour assurer un séjour au top. Bon, on s'est pas mal "battu" avec la piscine, mais cela restera un sacré souvenir de vacances ;-) Un tout grand merci à Nicolas pour tout, tout, tout. Vivement l'été prochain ;-)

Magnifique vacances à Lapalud !!!!!

Nous avons séjourner pour les vacances en fin d'année et l'accueil du propriétaire était exceptionnel ! En arrivant dès le premier jour, Tout était organiser pour que l'on puisse profiter de notre séjour . Les enfants ont beaucoup adoré la balançoire et de nombreux jeux était à notre disposition . Le grand terrain à permis à toute la famille de profiter à certain loisirs. La maison est parfaite , les chambres très propre et magnifiquement bien décorer , le chauffage à l'intérieur nous a fait oublier La saison du moment ! Une cuisine tout équipé où nous avons fait tous ce que nous désirons , un salon et un séjour où les petits et grands ont passé du bon temps . Un coin très calme pour se reposer , le centre commerciale en moins de 10 Minutes . Je recommande cette location à tous , en couple ou en famille pour vivre un instant de tranquillité et encore un grand merci au propriétaire pour les cadeaux de bienvenue et de départ . Nous reviendrons !!!!! C'était parfait !!!!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Sehr entgegenkommend bei der Uhrzeit am Abreisetag, dadurch viel weniger Stress. Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten in ruhiger Lage. Geschlossenes Grundstück dass sich die Zufahrt mit noch einem anderen Ferienhaus teilt. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern von 1 bis 9 Jahre 10 Tage dort.. Hat prima funktioniert. 2 Badezimmer waren von Vorteil. Würden wir wieder machen.

Un séjour vraiment très sympa.

Superbe maison dans un endroit calme et reposant. Rien ne manque internet et même canal + . Les chambres ont une très bonne literie et 2 salle de bain pour trois chambres c'est mieux qu'à la maison. Nicolas, le propriétaire est très sympa, simple et fait tout ce qu'il peut pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables. En bref, un endroit où je reviendrai et que je vous conseille vivement.
