We are halfway through a weeks stay here. Lovely small 2 storey hotel, very peaceful and relaxed. Very comfortable suite. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and marina. Island trips and boat trips readily available. There is also a fair sized supermarket opposite the hotel. We are staying half board, plenty of choice of food for breakfast, cereals, continental meat, cheeses, bread etc, ready cooked english or cooked to order. Nespresso machine coffees or waiter served tea/coffee. Dinner is different every night, again self-serve or cooked to order, with salads, breads, cakes etc. All the food is fabulous, cannot rate high enough, and plentiful. The staff all do a wonderful job here and are very friendly and helpful. We would like to thank everyone involved (kitchen staff, cleaning crew, gardeners, reception etc) who make everything look so effortless but which we all take for granted. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this lovely quiet and relaxing hotel. It's a lot smaller than most of the other hotels in Playa Blanca so more personal. Nice to chat to fellow guests and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent for variety and loved the freshly cooked options at every meal. Good to have branded drinks in the all inclusive. Loved the Haima bar after dinner it's a great alternative to normal hotel entertainment. A short walk takes you to a nice sheltered sandy beach and 10 minutes one way to the Marina and 10 minutes the other to the town centre. The tuk tuks are a great way to see the local area and lots of info on the way. We also did the Papagayo Cat boat trip which is the best boat trip we have ever been on. We met a couple who first stayed here 37 years ago and now spend winter here every year. There is a lot of returning customers in the hotel so I think that says it all. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely come back sometime.

We stayed at the hotel the last week in October on half board and it was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. The only fault I found is that smoking is allowed in the outside eating area of the restaurant which is something that annoys me - trying to eat while being blasted with cigarette smoke is not pleasant. I love sitting outside eating as in Scotland the days you can do that are rare! Other than that I can't fault the hotel and we'd definitely go back. We walked to the marina a few nights and had a drink and the local beach was great - calm water and lots of snorkelling opportunities.

We stayed for a week all inclusive at the beginning of November. My first impressions how clean and peaceful the hotel is. Great location, 10 minute walk to the front which has a lovely foot path. One side takes you to rubicon marina and the other side playa blanca marina. Our room was an above apartment/ room, well equipped and very spacious. Lots of homely things added like gown, slippers , flower laid on your bed for when you arrive, coffee machine to all the little freebies you get in the bathroom ( we all love a freebie :-) Honestly the staff are probably the most happiest i have ever come across and very efficient, nothing is too much problem. Always smiling and a "ola" in the morning. Bar staff extremely good. What i was surprisingly shocked about was how good the quality of drink you could have with being all inclusive. None of this machine/ watered down stuff! Each bar man/ woman would literally take pride in every drink they were serving. Also water was given in bottles which was great. We never went to the shows in the evening, instead we chose to go to the Haima Bar which we loved. A very nice chilled atmosphere with brilliant music videos to watch on screen with the smoke machine going off every now and then. It really was so quiet and peaceful around the pool. if your one of these annoying people that reserve sunbeds, well you will be caught and have the embarrassment of coming back to someone else sitting on that sun bed. The sun moves so don't be greedy as everywhere will get sun most of the time! A credit to the blonde bar lady in the pool bar who was an incredible worker multi tasking. We didn't bother using the gym or beauty salon on the premises. Wi fi was on and off but i had my code with me, so when it booted me out i just logged back in again within a minute. Your on holiday so why worry about wi fi all the time? Food was good and varied, its not the best food i have had, somedays we enjoyed more than others. It can be a bit chaotic in the evenings . But if they are busy they will get you to wait in the bar and usually within 5 mins they call you through, not a problem. The only thing we did do out of the hotel was book- WINE TOUR LANZAROTE (brilliant- will write a review on their page) Overall really enjoyed it, if we came back to Lanzarote we would stay at this hotel again :-)

We have stayed as a couple twice before and have thoroughly enjoyed both visits. We normally holiday with friends in October and usually hire a villa but this year our friends were thinking about an all inclusive hotel instead. We recommended White Suites and we all had a brilliant week. We were more than happy with our all inclusive package and couldn't fault the food (or drink!!). The choice of food was amazing and constantly replenished. The staff work so hard to see that everything is just right. The rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds. The pool are is well monitored by the pool man, sunbeds are very nice. Any minor problems we had were quickly dealt with. White Suites has a relaxing atmosphere, (could be something to do with the adults only policy!) All the staff work so hard from waiting tables to keeping the grounds looking perfect, cleaning all areas regularly. They all deserve to be praised. This attention to detail results in a great stay. We will return!

We recently stayed for 5 nights, and enjoyed the hotel amenities and friendly staff, the rooms are apartment style with more space than some city centre hotels, the restaurant is efficient with helpful staff, but is a buffet, help yourself style, and not an al la carte style which worked well for most, and for us at breakfast, but not our style for evening meals, but with so many good places to eat around the Rubicon Marina, and in Playa Blanca this was not a problem for us. Our bathroom was in need of an upgrade as the shower switch did not quite work and with no obvious extraction made the room a little stuffy, we reported this in a helpful manner and not sure if this was addressed as we were only there for 5 nights. Other than this, I would highly recommend the hotel as it has great facilities for those that want them, although we are more explorer types than pool relaxers, so we walked around the local area and the hotel is excellently placed for this as one direction takes you into Playa Blanca and the other to the Rubicon Marina, for us this marina was a highlight, with great cafes, restaurants and shops, all with a fantastic style and construction, and for us made our stay in Lanzarote a very special one. The food at the marina cafe's and restaurants was great and as we are foodies was a memorable highlight. The sea front walk to both the marina and Playa Blanca was also a very nice stroll, with nice facilities and a ferry port for trips at the Playa Blanca end. A nice surprise on the last day when we wandered up above the marina past the Volcan hotel (worth a look as it is a 5 star in a great position and looks worth consideration if you wanted to stretch the budget) up to the cliff top walkway with fantastic views over the surrounding bays and harbours. We would both consider returning due to these facilities and would also be happy to stay at the H10 Sentido White Sweets hotel again, so thanks to the staff for making our stay a special one.

Our stay at the H10 White Suites was fine but we are giving it a low score due to the online description - this is not a boutique hotel - and the price/quality relationship. We arrived early on the saturday morning and although we didn't expect our room to be ready until the stated the 3pm we thought that the staff could've at least tried to get our room readier earlier or at least said they were trying. When we did get access to the room it hadn't been cleaned properly. There was somebody elses hair around the bathroom scales where the cleaner had obviously just quickly tried to clean around it instead of moving it. There was also a lot of dust on the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room area. Whilst we don't go around inspecting underneath mattresses this dust was clearly visible and looked disgusting. We left a note for the house-keeping who later cleaned this. The internet didn't work in the room and the air-conditioning clearly needed a new cartridge or some sort of maintenance. The pool area was very nice and peaceful albeit quite small for how big the hotel is. It was always very busy and sometimes difficult to find a sun-lounger if you didn't arrive early enough. What we did find bizarre was the VIP area that you could reserve for an extra cost in order to have a prime position next to the pool. During our 5 night stay we didnt see anybody use this area. Otherwise this is a perfectly nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and quiet but the name is misleading and the quality of the hotel compared to the price that we paid is the reason that we have given this hotel a low score.

Stayed here for a week at the end of October. It was just what was needed - somewhere to relax and recharge. Booked a half-board option which worked really well. The breakfast is plentiful. Lots of choice. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast cava for that "I'm on holiday feel". What was very practical was if you told the Reception the day before that you wanted to switch your half board meal from dinner to lunch - that was possible. Very nice touch. A couple of evenings, we wandered into the Marina for dinner but had lunch at the hotel as part of our half-board option. As to evening meals at the hotel; I was a bit worried that there was only 1 restaurant and a pool bar. But - my worry was misguided. At dinner there was again lots of choice. Always freshly cooked meat and fish. Each night had a different theme and food to match. I never had problems finding lots to eat and the desserts were wonderful. The room was larger than I expected. A decent size bedroom and then at the back of the configuration a large lounge with sofa bed. Although I found it odd that the sleeping area was by the door but it was quiet and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is entertainment at the hotel. Various activities throughout the day. I did the yoga a few times. There was also aqua gym, jenga, darts, etc. It's not intrusive if all you want is to zone out, read books and sunbath. There are two pools, neither particularly large but big enough. The water was too cold for me but I'm renowned for liking bath temperature water before I'll go in. It's worth noting the hotel policy that you can't reserve sunbeds before 10.00am. A life guard does remove items/towels, etc if left unattended before this time. It caused some confusion for some and annoyance but it's a good policy to have. There's a very small gym. I was expecting this to be bigger and more equipped. There's two static bikes (upright, reclined); a treadmill and various free weights. The gym is located in the small spa. There's also a small sauna and steam room which is off the corridor to the gym - just near the Spa's reception. The spa itself - excellent. Had two wonderful massages there. I also had a pedi. The lady who did that wasn't a regular staff member and unfortunately instead of the 40mins it was only 20mins. When I highlighted this to the Spa reception it was handled very professionally. Another free pedi was arranged the following day. This is classed as an "adult only" hotel. It means kids over 16. There were a couple of teenagers there with their parents. Please think twice if you're such a parent. This isn't a place where the other visitors like teenagers throwing balls in the pool, splashing those nearby. The disgruntled boys were complaining loudly in the pool that it was holiday - weren't they allowed to have fun. The other guests have specifically chosen the hotel for the relaxation. If you have older kids please consider whether there will be enough to keep them entertained before booking this hotel. Across the road from the hotel is a small supermarket. Very handy. The marina is just over a km walk along a lovely sea front path. Had two nice meals at the Marina. Lanis Steakhouse (it gets very busy so book ahead) and also the Red House. All in all a lovely hotel. I'd go back again particularly because all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Just returned from a week here. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the beach. It’s clean, comfortable, well-appointed, well-equipped and best of all child free!! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. I’d have no hesitation recommending it for a very quiet relaxing sun break.

Even though I had read good reviews of H10 Sentido White Suites, I was still surprised by what a great place it is! The staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Every single member of staff greets you with a smile and a "hello". This makes for a really lovely atmosphere. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The suites are really spacious and are very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are really good too (usually I find pillows too hard or too soft). If I wanted anything I had only to ask and it was provided. One example of this is that I requested a kettle in my room so that I could make a cup of tea (each room is equipped with a Nespresso machine but I don't drink coffee). Not only did they supply a kettle, they also provided a container of breakfast tea bags, a variety of herbal tea bags, longlife milk, and small containers of honey. They didn't charge me extra for this and it was lovely to have a cup of tea before breakfast and again later in the afternoon. There are safes in the rooms but you pay extra if you want to use them. I booked on the hotel’s own website and stayed there on half-board which cost very little extra above the bed and breakfast rate. Next time I’ll investigate the all inclusive rate. The food was plentiful and good. There was a great choice at breakfast. I loved the fact that they provided flasks of tea and coffee, juices, an assortment of fruit, croissants and rolls beside the pool bar after breakfast and you could help yourself to these for free! Dinners weren't "haute cuisine" but there was a wide variety of foods to choose from so I always found a combination of what I wanted. I felt the chef went to a great deal of effort to provide such an assortment of food. I didn't swim in the pool as I prefer sea swimming. There is a really lovely beach just 8-10 minutes walk away. When I was there towards the end of October the sea wasn't cold once you adjusted to getting in and the water was calm because of the rocks that form protective "arms" around the beach. It gets deep quickly and the water was so clear that I loved just floating around watching the fishes swimming below me. I had a truly wonderful holiday at the H10 White Suites and the only thing I can possibly complain about is the menu at the pool snack bar. It really needs to have some healthier food choices. Apart from that, I'd just adore to go back there again!
