We returned from Lanzarote 10 days ago after spending 2 weeks at the White Suites hotel. We arrived and were quickly checked in unfortunately had to pay 35 Euros for the safe in the room !! I feel that 4 star and above there should be no charge as they make enough profit from the drinks, wine etc., Our suite was just a short walk form the reception and we were on the upper floor which was fine by us. The suite was really lovely with the bedroom, large bathroom and separate lounge. both the bedroom and the lounge had a large flat screen TV which you could get BBC!, BBC2, ITV and channel 4. There is also a coffee machine in the room and drinks in the Mini Bar. The room was cleaned very well every day including the balcony which had a table two chairs and a sun lounger. the Food was lovely particulary the breakfasts with the full English available, plus fresh omelettes, Hot Porridge, loads of cold meats, Yoghurts, Cheese and fruit. The dinner menu was also very good with a large salad bar and plenty of hot dishes with the usual meat and fish cooked on the hot plates for you. For those not watching their waistline loads of cakes and pastries . ice cream and chocolate fountain. plenty of various cheese and biscuits also available. The wine you could buy by the glass or a bottle of house wine was just 12eu30. which was quite reasonable. Plenty of sun beds and matresses around the 3 pools which wee kept very clean.with a pool bar for light lunches. Now the down side:- The food area was quite small and for dinner you were constantly queuing for your cooked order. Some of the chefs cooked food ready for you whilst others waited for you to order and then cooked it which resulted in quite a long wait . plus the end of the salad bar was up a 90degree corner and again resulted in congestion as the bottles of oil etc., was also up the corner. I felt that this should be changed with the desert which was free standing and you didn't get the surges as you did at the salad bar. We hired a car for 3 days and you can reserve a space in their car park for on 2euros a day. We did enjoy our time here but as most people do we hate queuing especially when we are hungry.

We have been to this hotel four times over the past few years, the last being Christmas & New Year. The staff are brilliant from arrival to departure, it is a very relaxing holiday. The Christmas & New Year Gala dinners, what an experience the food was amazing. Fully recommend this hotel for a very relaxing couples holiday. Thanks to all the staff.

Let me first tell something about the really stupid rules that some hotel managers invent : in this place, they invented a rule that says that you are entitled to 8 coffee pads for the nespresso machine in the room every two days. Who invents this ? Why not simply give everybody 4 pads every day ? Wouldn’t that be much simpler ? Why this frustration on my side on this ? Because they simply do not respect their own stupid rule : the first day they we found indeed 8 pads. The second day they we received two new ones. The third day we received nothing ! (And then we left). If you create this kind of stupid rules, then at least respect them, as they only lead to frustration... Apart from this : rooms are spacious (that’s why they are called suites) and offer a high level of comfort. You enter the room from the backside, but the terrace is on the pool side. Breakfast is nice and offers all the choices that you expect. Food at dinner is OK, but it is not as exquisite as some other reviews make you believe. Sometimes you have to wait a couple of minutes when the restaurant is crowded, but that does not take more than a couple of minutes (they give you a pager, so you can wait in the bar). The atmosphere in the restaurant is not really optimal : if you are located close to the door you often get a cold wind over you (this is february, so it gets cold in the evening). The way the tables are set also gives a bit of a cafetaria look instead of a restaurant look. The space is probably too limited to organise it differently. We only took a lunch in the poolbar once. Some lesson for the cook : a ceasar salad should be made with iceberg salad and should never, but really never, contain red cabbage. And please, be a bit more generous with the parmesan cheese. The swimming pool area is nice, though the weather conditions were a bit too cold to allow for a swim. But all in all, defintitely not a bad place to take your holidays. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for three nights and then we moved to Teguise to discover the northern part of the Island.

We have just returned from a week at the H10 Sentido White Suites. Our room was lovely and quiet with a terrace overlooking the garden to the side of the hotel with a terrace on the ground floor. The room was spacious and clean and was kept that way all week by the excellent cleaning staff, although the sofa bed was looking a bit tired in the lounge area. The rooms are supplied with a Nespresso coffee machine so I would suggest taking a travel kettle if you prefer a cup of tea in your room. The staff were lovely and we were welcomed with a polite smile and greeting all week. We also were not unduly pestered by the entertainment staff who would offer their activities but not pressurise anyone into taking part. The food was plentiful and although may not be to everyone's taste there was nothing wrong with the food choices and you could always find something to eat, although I suspect that guests who are vegan would struggle; I was pleased to see a gluten free selection at breakfast. The pool areas were kept clean and we didn't find the problem of guests saving loungers around the pool and we always managed to find an available spot, however the weather wasn't as sunny as it normally is so perhaps there were fewer people wanting to sit around the pool. The only areas for improvement I would note are:- the restaurant does seem slightly small for the number of guests and every evening there would be a waiting list for a table and you were sent to the bar with a flashing disc. I do appreciate that as the weather was inclement that the restaurant were unable to utilise the terrace so that must have made things more difficult for them, I would also add that the restaurant staff were very efficient at clearing tables and re-laying them for the next guest so as to reduce waiting time, however we were told of people waiting an hour one evening for a table. As I have stated the weather was not its usual sunny self whilst we were in Lanzarote, and I do think the hotel could have been slightly adaptable and perhaps made coffee available in the lobby bar from (say) 11 am as unless you wanted to sit in the drafty pool bar you had to go back to your room if you wanted a hot drink during the day. On the subject of coffee I would also point out that the Nespresso machines in the restaurant area used at breakfast time do not appear to be able to cope with volume of throughput so the staff were having to come round with tea and coffee in jugs to the tables in addition so perhaps that needs reviewing.

Warm welcome with cava! Good size room with separate living area and terrace with usual amenities except kettle for which you pay extra! Free nespresso coffee. Bed firm and fine. Can hear neighbours above due to hard soled shoes. Food fine with good choice and entertainment in two bars. Feel very safe. Happy with choice and very close to beach front and supermarket opposite.

We stayed here August 2017 through Thomas Cook. Good flight, slightly manic bus driver on transfer over which took about 40 minutes. Room- The suite was beautiful, we had a balcony over looking the surrounding area behind the hotel which was much more private. The room was cleaned everyday to a brilliant standard and the air con was fab. The bed was very comfy and huge! Good wardrobe space but mini fridge was a bit small (if you empty the fridge completely, including shelves, there is a minimarket opposite which sells cheap large bottled water!) Poolside- A beautiful place to relax! A nice no-reserve sun bed policy but not always enough for everyone. There were 4 poster beds to lounge on which were a good option if you wanted a bit of shade! A very quiet and chilled vibe. Food- Food was lovely! A buffet style with a different theme each evening. There is a chef who works on the grill and cooks fish and meat to order! Wine selection was good with the all-inclusive too. Snacks were amazing at the pool bar too! All the cocktails were decent too. Location- The location was perfect. A 5/10 min walk from the beach but far enough away you don't have all the crowds of tourists. The beach is lovely and the resort was very pretty at night time. Mini market just opposite which sells basically everything you would need. Staff- Staff are fab and work super hard. Big shoutout to the bar and restaurant staff who made our stay so amazing. Thank you very much for an incredible week! Would highly recommend!

My husband and I have just come home from a week at the H10 Sentido White Suites. It's a good adults only option in Playa Blanca. We tried it for the first time this year having been regular visitors at another H10 hotel, the Timanfaya Palace in Playa Blanca, in previous years. We stayed on an all inclusive basis. Pros - Adults only Nice layout - White-washed two storey buildings around the pool area Nice pool area with padded sun loungers and well kept gardens/grounds Small hotel so not far to walk from any rooms to all facilities Fairly large and modern rooms with bedroom and separate lounge plus a walk-in shower Good location between the Rubicon Marina and the centre of Playa Blanca - close to the marine promenade In general, very friendly and helpful staff Very clean throughout A wide variety of quality food and drinks, included branded drinks on all-inclusive La Haima bar in an Arabic style Cons - Not on the sea front - no sea views In cold weather, the rooms aren't particularly warm (we were given another quilt though) My husband found the bed uncomfortable (he was given a mattress topper though) A lot of the cushions for the sunbeds were dirty - there probably wouldn't be enough sunbeds at peak times in high season/good weather My husband was given a brandy in a wine glass - there were no brandy glasses apparently The quality of the cocktails was poor and not to usual H10 standards - we were told there was no blender for making the cocktails in the main bar A couple of the staff were a bit abrupt in the main bar and the restaurant and were insulting on a couple of occasions for example when my husband asked for less gin in his G&T and also when he was trying to find someone to take a drinks order If you go to the restaurant at peak times for dinner, you have to queue and are sent away to wait for a free table - you have to go either when the restaurant opens or later on in the evening The service in the main restaurant can be very slow - we had to wait a long time for someone to take our drinks order regularly and also to clear away plates. The show cooking could also be slow at breakfast and in the evening, with quite a queue developing. The restaurant tends to open 5-10 mins after the advertised opening time No coffee or hot chocolate available in La Haima bar despite cold weather (and lack of heating in the tent) - suggest to provide blankets No bath in the room Overall, this is a good adults only hotel but there is limited space and choice due to the size of the hotel. A few things could be improved quite easily, The Timanfaya Palace, as a much larger hotel, has a wider range of facilities, more space and food choices etc. but it doesn't have the more familiar feel of this hotel,

I have just returned from my second holiday at the white suites, as the previous year the staff cannot do enough to help you - the pool staff, reception, hotel bar, restaurant -and you cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms a wonderful holiday thank you and I look forward to my holiday next year susan

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in mid January on a half board basis. We really enjoyed our time and the only bad part was having to go home. We found the selection of food to be of good quality and variety and there was always plenty of choice. Our rooms very of a high standard with very comfortable beds seperate sitting area and Nesspresso machine. The patio area outside our rooms was nicely furnished which we used on the breezy days. The pool area is lovely with lots of sunbeds most with padding. The athmosphere in the hotel was very friendly this was probably due to the great staff they have employed friendly without being intrusive a smile and a bit of conversation goes a long way this also includes staff do not have direct interaction with guests ie kitchen porters gardening lady.We enjoyed some good performances in the lobbybar did not get to check the other entertainment areas. The hotel is in a great location with easy accessto beach and promande area.

I have visited many H10 hotels and that is why as a solo traveller (my husband is stuck in snowy England) I felt happy to take a chance on this boutique hotel in Playa Blanca. What a little treasure! Not the dressy up place that a lot of H10 hotels are (which I also like very much) but a comfortable hotel with excellent staff, good entertainment team, very good quality food and a completely friendly atmosphere. In central Playa Blanca so quite near to everything. Next hotel up to Lanzarote Princess so only five minutes to beach if that is what you want. Good Small gym with sauna and steam room lots of fitness classes if that's your thing. Can't really fault it. Yes there are a few niggles but nothing worth mentioning unless you are ultra fussy. Yes I would definitely come again.
