We really enjoyed our stay at the Lanzarote Princess Hotel in Playa Blanca. Nice garden, great pools, good food and friendly personnel. A great feature is Mike's coffeebar! The hotel is near to the 10 km boulevard, around the middle of it. So you can walk either to the right (shops, restaurants) ending in the harbour or the other way (coast line, nice beach).

Having now come to the end of our 7 night stay we are leaving the wonderful hotel. This hotel is explicitly clean and very comfortable. The staff are amazing and really attentive and friendly. The rooms are great..we had a superior room overlooking the pool. The animation team are great. We really enjoyed eating in the Italian restaurant ..really good food in there. Mike's coffee shop is as good as the costa I'm used to! Location is fab....with a 10 minute slow leisurely walk into playa Blanca and in the other direction a 10 minute leisurely walk to the newly developed Rubicon marina which has a market on wed and sat. Would highly recommend this hotel with just a few (picky) negatives! ...those being, the pools are actually freezing! Although there is an indoor heated pool at the rear of the building...and there is a severe shortage of ash trays around! It has been a really enjoyable week of Jan sun ...special mention goes to abrahams who served us in the italian..he is just amazing!

Great location a few minutes' walk from the beach and town, spotlessly clean room, good range of facilities for all ages, friendly staff and a huge choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Couldn't ask for more!

Well, what can I say apart from, Fantastic. We will be going back as soon as a good deal comes up. This hotel is so under rated. As soon as you arrive (we arrived by hire car) the experience was top end. Easy parking, very easy check in with a complimentary Cava to drink while checking in. The first noticeable feature was the perfumed air where ever you want in the hotel. It must be pumped through the air con in all public areas although comfortably, not into the rooms as that could be over powering. The rooms are beautiful and clean too. Nice private balcony over looking to Fuertuventura the pool and sea. Breakfast was an experience and I've never seen so many varied delights inc, yep, Cava again, lol. Well you had to didn't you :-) The pool area was clean tidy and plenty of sunbeds with a couple of nice bars too. Security in and out was good with card entry and exit through the pool area to the road that has access to be beach of a 5 min walk and lots and lots of bars and great restaurants. Would I go back ? In a heart beat !! Yes Thank you for making our first visit to Lanzarote a holiday to remember and look forward to hopefully returning soon. I fully recommend Lanzarote Princess !!

First time in Playa Blanca and first time at a H10 hotel. I was not disappointed! Great location, just a few mins walk from seafront. Restaurant, rooms, bar etc are all first class. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.

We visited from the 28th December- 4th December. The hotel is in a very good location with the town being a 5 minute walk one way and rubicon marina a good 10 minute walk the other way. The hotel itself is very strange very up to date in some places but then really quite tired in others. The life guards are very strict my son got told off for jumping in the pool!!! A LOT of fish in the restaurants most nights and it was a free for all, Luke warm food and pretty much same every night. Not a lot of choice for children, poor descriptions of the food if any. The rooms are dated and the tiles in the bathroom are very dangerous when wet I slipped over and it could of been a lot worse than what it was. The outdoor golf is looking very tired and is in such a bizarre area of the hotel like it was an after thought. The New Year’s Eve gala was fabulous and they really made an effort with it. I wouldn’t stop here again unfortunately. I’ve stopped in most of the hotels in Playa Blanca and it’s not in my top 5

we went here in November and the weather was a very good. The staff in the hotel were very helpful, our room was lovely and big it was cleaned every day.The food you had a lot to chose from every day so you wont go hungry, the white night was a nice touch they make thing special for the evening. We always managed to get a sun bed round the pool there were lots of them. The hotel is in a very good location for the the beach and the port/marina.

Great staff and facilities ensure visitors enjoy a relaxing visit with opportunity to join activities and competitions. Buffet food the best we have ever had. Located within easy reach of small beaches and town. Several pools including covered heated pool. Entertainment staff particularly good. Crazy golf ideal but could do with a face lift.

Lovely layout, clean, well maintained. Food let's this hotel down badly. Lots on offer but not good quality. Lots of fish, which I love, but the hot dishes were luke warm and some of the cold dishes were not chilled, which is really concerning. Booked for dinner for Christmas night, complete fiasco, had to wait for ages and food on offer was the worst we had. Rooms are tired and in need of refurbishing. As we checked out, we were asked to complete and sign a form to say that we had no accident, injury or complaint or write our complaint down. Never been asked to do this ever and refused to sign it. The reception staff told me that I must sign it. I didn't. I really hope that the management do not reply to this message with the usual retort of "This is not the opinion of most of our clients", rather get the issues sorted out and make this hotel more like a 4 star.

We stayed for Christmas & New Year & while we were happy with most of our stay there were area's that need addressing. Firstly the food, very disappointing as it was only warm at best & cold if you were unlucky which is surprising as it is continually being replenished & almost full dishes being taken back to the kitchen. On some occasions the food lacked any colour & was very pale & uninteresting with no labels, but things like tomato sauce & beans were labelled ! no jug for the milk if you wanted a pot of tea for breakfast so people were filling another teapot or a wine glass. Dining room was always very busy but the staff coped very well & done a fantastic job all with a lovely smile & ready to help. Safe in the room was very expensive, tea making facilities were there but with no milk, patio doors rattled & squeaked when open/closed, but what a lovely view from the room over to the port (3rd floor) we could watch the ferries go back & forth to Fuertueventura. The room was spacious modern & clean & all the maids were very pleasant. Evening entertainment was what you come to expect, but El Divo tribute act was very good, all the Hotel staff worked so very hard to make it a special Christmas for everybody but the Christmas Day Gala dinner needed to have had more planning. New Years Eve was fantastic & they pulled out all the stops with party bags for everyone & grapes in a little bag (it's their tradition to see in the New Year) all with free flowing Cava & party music all evening. Mikes coffee shop is a must visit, what a lovely touch. The food was the big let down & this really do need to be addressed as so many people were complaining. Credit to all the staff who really make the Hotel what it is.
