A lovely relaxing break. All staff work really hard to look after you on your holiday. Enjoyed food especially in downstairs restaurant with plenty of choice. Book family room for extra space and storage especially if longer stay(& gave us room for wheelchair). a quiet area for drinks in evening would be a bonus as music in bar and from entertainment area sometimes a bit loud (we just took drinks to room on these occasions though). If only the weather had behaved!

We had a week at this hotel end of January during what was probably the worst weather the island has seen for many years. Torrential rain, gale force winds and very cold. As sun lovers this Did spoil our holiday a little but that obviously isn't the fault of the hotel. Never had weather like it in the canaries in the 20 years we have been holidaying there. We enjoyed the break, staff all fantastic, friendly and helpful. Oliver at the brandy well runs a great bar, friendly and efficient service from all the staff in there, never had to wait to be served. Entertainment good, Il Divo tribute excellent. The saxophonist in brandy well was amazing! Cant remember his name but if you get a chance to see him during your stay then do! Restaurant is in the basement and the ventilation not brilliant so you do come out of there smelling of cooking which is annoying when freshly showered. Food was ok, plenty of choice. Themed restaurants a nice touch, although we arrived 4 minutes early for Italian night and were told we were 4 mins early and had to wait 4 minutes for our table which we thought quite funny! Once seated our meal was lovely with first class service. We also tried the Mediterranean restaurant which was also excellent. Reception all very friendly, Nicky the thomson rep very helpful and dealt with everyones moans about the weather with a smiley face and gave us plenty of suggestions regarding what to do in rainy lanzarote! Our room and the whole hotel appeared to be kept exceptionally clean. Cant really comment on pool and sunbeds as didn't use due to terrible weather. Hotel very central and despite the weather we had a lovely time and will return in the future, hopefully when the sun is shining.

We were travelling as a party of 3 (myself my husband and my 85 year old mother). We booked two twin rooms with sea views. On arrival we were greeted at reception with a glass of Cava or Orange juice and very friendly reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms had a safe and we were charged 14.70 euro's for the week which we found reasonable. As usual the rooms were spotlessly clean. The restaurant served a good variety of both hot food and salads. The one downside to the food is that sometimes the hot food could hotter. There was always something for everyone. The restaurant staff were always on hand to get your drinks and clear the tables. They were always smiling and couldn't do enough for you, like all the hotel staff. The one thing that did stand out on this holiday was the themed night (Italian, Mexican and Mediterranean) restaurant. This was free to residents and you are allowed two meals a week in this restaurant. This is included in your "All Inclusive" package, unless you go for something "off Menu" i.e. Fillet Steak then you pay 10 euro's. We took advantage and went to the Mediterranean night twice. It was fantastic!!! Would definitely recommend you book this on arrival as it does get booked up very quick. We traveled 4th February for a week and the weather unfortunately was not very good ( wind, rain and a little cold). We were told by the locals that this was exceptionally poor weather for the time of year. Luckily the hotel as always made up for the poor weather. Evening entertainment catered for a all tastes. I would like to say thank you to Ivan from the restaurant for taking care of us all as usual. Keep up the good work! That was our 3rd visit to this hotel and we cannot wait to go back. Loved it and highly recommend it.

Generally very good, room, food, staff etc good. Unfortunately some of the bar staff were miserable and not what we expected having been to many all inclusive hotels before. Shame otherwise would have received a very good report.

2nd visit to this lovely hotel, already booked to return in June. Staff very friendly, room cleaned daily, Good variety of food within restaurant and pool bar. Themed night dining experiences also very good and make a nice change. Lovely surrounding area with shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. A happy and relaxing break, would definitely recommend.

Stayed here 28th jan 2018 for a week, first impression were good quick check in and given a welcome drink, room was spacious with good storage and overlooking the pool, comfortable beds and nice pillows. Was disappointed with the restaurant quite small hate to think how they would cope in high season, food was disappointing not much choice and found was either cold or just warm I’m not a fussy eater either but even the chips were awful, location of hotel was great right in the beach didn’t see the entertainment as was upstairs and had plastic chairs in rows with no tables didn’t look nice at all, the brandy well pub attached to the hotel is nice cocktails were lovely, our week was abut if let down as weather was bad cold and raining aand as the hotel & room felt cold no bath to able to get warm only a shower with warm water we decided to cut short our holiday

Great last minute break, amazing place so close to sea front and everything, our first all inclusive and loved it. Room was lovely and the staff always happy and helpful a happy place, weather not great.

Arrived back early this morning after 1 week at this hotel. This is an excellent 3* and borders on a 4* in places - these being their staff in particular. The room we had overlooked the beautiful bay with glorious turquoise water, this received the sun early in the day. The food was always fresh with plenty of choice, the AI wine was also palatable. We had the a la carte meal on my birthday which was excellent. As it was my birthday the hotel very kindly left me a bottle of bubbly and delicate little cakes, completely unexpected but such a nice thought. We particularly enjoyed the entertainment in the Brandy Well pub (part of the hotel). As the weather was particularly inclement whilst we were there the staff were brilliant with people who had to de-camp to the main atrium and bar whilst the weather did its worst, always there to provide drinks and food. All in all an excellent hotel

As we have said before this is one of the Best Hotels in Lanzarote... Its Position...Good Food... welcoming Staff make it always a special experience... we have already booked to return in September 2018.... Best Wishes from the Cotton Family...

I had emailed before we went to ask if I could have a room that got the sun in the afternoon. This wasn't promised but a room upgrade was given and the sun shone on the balcony. Sadly the Brandy Well pub late night music was too much for us but a room swop was given on asking. the new room overlooked the pool and had the sunshine. The staff could not be more helpful. The dining room is not the best, cramped and noisy but the food was varied, fresh and we enjoyed it. The evening entertainment was the best we've had in any hotel. Mainly tribute acts not reliant on staff to mime as is often the case. Waiting staff attentive and keen to offer fresh drinks which for an a/i was a refreshing attitude. Only real downside was the weather, cold and often wet and very windy. Nothing the hotel could do to change that.
