We have just spent a week at this hotel and I can honestly say it was fantastic though I'm not sure why this is only a 3 star hotel when it is clearly worthy of more! The rooms are of a high standard the pool and pool bar are fantastic and the food it faultless! The staff are all friendly and helpful! Over all I would defiantly visit again!

What can I say it was Brilliant Hotel the staff cant do enough for you the manager Jose was brilliant the food choice was also great caters for us all and plenty of choice as well and the pool bar was great and the wells pub that is the good part now I am sorry to say the bad part the contract cleaners that supposed to have cleaned our room would turn up any time from 1725 to 1740 or not turn up atoll that is the only gripe I would of sacked them all

Upon arrival, we were greeted with the choice of champagne or orange juice which was a nice touch. Our booking stated 'family room with a sea view' however, when we arrived they were told that sea views came at an extra cost - this may have been Thomson's fault. Room: Nice, spacious room. Very clean and peaceful. I'm glad we were on the second floor because the ground floor balconies are not private - not ideal if you have children. Family room has two big double beds with a sofa, also your own kitchen; not needed if all inclusive. Wardrobe sizes were excellent. No need to bring own shampoo, shower gel or hairdryer as these are all provided. Shower was good. Hotel: Good sized pools - a little bit cold. Night time entertainment was always good. However, day time was slacking as the entertainment team seemed unenthusiastic and one specific member was really annoying. Reception was always open and was always very helpful. You have to pay for Wifi which is not ideal. However, you can receive free bottles of water at any time so this was helpful. Access to the beach was fantastic as it was located on the beach front and the beach itself was great. Loads of cafes/restaurants/supermarkets around the area. It is a lovely walk on the beach in the morning. A pub located next door was open to hotel members and included all inclusive. Service is always available; in terms of waiting on staff. Sun beds always available. Please be careful when going down the steps as I slipped and fell down them. Food: Food was okay, typical all inclusive. There was always a variety of choice and some days/nights were themed. You can go in the pool bar at lunch and order food (burgers, hot dogs, chicken etc) and this was good if you wanted a break from the usual food in the cafe. Before going, a lot of people complained about the restaurant but I thought it was satisfactory.

We were looking for a cheeky week away in March and we normally stay 5 star all inclusive sometimes 4 star but the travel agent we always use found a deal at the Be Live Experience Lanzarote which with them (Thomson) is classed as a 3 star all inclusive but with other companies it was a 4 star and it had fantastic reviews on trip advisor and she said she knows what we like and wouldn't send us there if she didn't think we'd like it!!! Plus it was coming out at about a £1000 cheaper than other offers!! So we thought well for the money and it's only for a week as long as it's clean and tidy we would give it a try !!! We after lowering our expectations we actually arrived at the hotel we were very pleased!! On arrival we were greeted by very welcoming and pleasant staff who told us not to worry about checking in but firstly to go and have a drink and a meal and when we were ready come back and they would check us in!! Which was very nice after travelling!! When we did check in it was a simple and easy process. When we went to our room then we entered a very bright and modern comfortable room which we were very taken aback by!! It was lovely and to top it off we had a lovely balcony with fantastic view all over the beach and the sea!!! We were delighted!! Over the course of the week then we found the hotel to be very modern bright and airy and the service to be very good the staff could not do enough for you the food although not what choice you'd maybe get in a 5 star was fresh and very good we never had any complaints in the evenings there was entertainment every evening and in the days there were kids clubs if you needed them plus activities for the adults going on around the pool area, but for us the best part was the hotel was right next to the beach which we thought was the best beach we had seen in Lanzarote!! For us the whole holiday ticked so many boxes we were very very pleased and found it to be excellent value for money and we would and will definitely go back to this hotel

Just returned from Be live Lanzarote beach, cannot fault this hotel at all from the moment we arrived with the free Cava and excellent customer service to the bar staff and restaurant staff who could not do enough to help you. the rooms where excellent as when we arrived we had a beautiful see view and a upgraded room, pool was lovely only small issue that has not made this 5 star is the race to sun beds in the morning! Big shout out to Shirley and the Animation team , we grew quite close to these over our seven days and really appreciate the efforts especially Shirley as she goes above and beyond all day everyday and really makes your experience enjoyable . thank you again and will definatley recommend

We visted this hotel for the second time earlier this month .It is superb...rooms are massive ...very trendy ..spotless ...we went all inclusive ...on arrival ..free cava and beer and soft drinks and cakes in the mini bar ..nice touch ..Location...couldnt be better ...theres a locked door that ur room card lets you in and out to the beach and prom..staff are superb...Ivan in the restaurant along with all the chefs ...couldnt do enough for you...Daniel in reception ..always a friendly word as he gave you complimentary water for your room every night ...Theres a public bar attached from the street where your All Inclusive is avaiable including cocktails ..prosecco ..etc..yet again ..nice touch ..pool bar and restaurant ..fab..food at lunch is waiter served by the pool..or downstairs in the restaurant ...the food is excellent ..great choice ....entertainment at night in the bar and upstairs in show bar is cracking ..this hotel sets the standard in Costa Teguise ..we have stayed in quite a few ...but the Lanzarote Be Live Beach is the best ..we shall be returning soon and i am sure we will not be disappointed ...

The hotel is best placed in the Teguise Resort, central to all the eateries and shops. A warm welcome and an easy check in, and a short jaunt from the airport. The rooms are very clean and tidy, yet basic, but that's just what you need. There is entertainment on each evening (9:30),but if you stay for more than a week, it's repeated and you have to sit on sweaty plastic chairs. On the entertainment note, the Animation team stand down on a Sunday, so there's nothing for the kids and no music by the pool, there is however a pool table and air Puch Table, I personally think there should be enough staff to keep the poolside entertainment going irrespective of the day! Bottles of water are free, but WiFi isn't... €30 for a week, for flaky comms and you can only use one device at a time... bit of a rip off! The hotel did have a quirky little pub/bar attached to the front aspect, so you could enjoy a beer outside (or inside for that matter), but it was a bit too hot as the air con never seemed to be on, there was also extra entertainment here(10:30) for karaoke etc. The beer was OK and the local spirits tasted fine, yet you were limited to four house cocktails that were sweet slushies. The pool was kept clean and tidy, but if you wanted a sun bed, be prepared to get up at 6:30 to get your towels down on them. The food, well, that's the disappointing side to the hotel, warm at best, almost cold a lot of the time and very repetitive, I located a microwave on the side and used it to warm up what meals we did have in it, but, we ended up eating out most nights (and there are some cracking restaurants), but that isn't quite all inclusive. If you wanted a respite from the main restaurant, affectionately know as the dungeon to some, as it was below ground level with no windows, you could go to the snack bar and have warm hot dogs, burgers, or toasted cheese & ham sandwiches, but no microwave here! The snack bar (by the pool), also had all your self sercice drinks there. The food really let the hotel down, as on the whole, it wasn't a bad place.

3rd time we have visited and not disappointed. This hotel is centrally located, right in the beach which is ideal. The rooms are really clean, modern and quite large (family room). Staff are really helpful and friendly, especially Ivan who recognised us from previous visits, he always made a fuss of my daughter. The entertainment team have changed slightly, glad to see Shirley was still there and my daughter found Sabine and Alice fantastic, they even came to wave us off on their day off which made her day. the new addition was Jay, we weren't sure at first but as the holiday went on, we actually quite liked him. He too is brilliant with the children, introduced a new 'crazy game' which was great for both children and adults,he also listened to what people activities people wanted to do to so we couldn't ask for more. For us, the only change we didn't like was the pool bar in the day, previously it was a buffet style for a couple of hours and then moved to cooking to order however now it was all cooked to order. Whilst the food was probably fresher, I did find there wasn't as much choice so ended up going to the main restaurant which wasnt ideal with children as we had to get them dried and dressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely 2 week stay and highly recommend this hotel. The only negatives are towels put out on sunbeds and people not using them for hours (all hotels have this problem) not enough shade to sit out in and no free Wi-Fi in communal areas.

brilliant staff always smiling helpful. Great friendless with all staff couldn't do enough for us .this was are 4th time at the hotel great improvements everytime we have been .food is really good and improved as well great managers in Dominic. ivan .angel juann lovely people
