Very nicely furnished, this vast property includes 2 groups of buildings around a heated and secure swimming pool. It is surrounded by large, well-kept gardens.
The main building has an equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a comfortable lounge (TV); in lean-to a shower room with wc, a bedroom and in the attic a double bedroom (2X90). Upstairs of the main mezzanine house, a bathroom with wc, a double bedroom, a single bedroom. Wi-Fi is only available in the main building.
The 2nd building has a games room (table football and pool table), shower room, wc; On the 1st floor, mezzanine, a bedroom with twin beds leading to a double bedroom. A service room (washing machine, dryer and freezer) is attached. Large landscaped garden with lawn, terrace, swings, trampoline, table tennis, garden furniture and barbecue. The interior of the houses is non-smoking. Private pool: 10m x 5m, 1.4m deep; secured by a rolling shutter.

A wonderful vacation spot for a large family, close to the village and the beaches of the Crozon Peninsula.

Un séjour agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement était très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse malgré les lames de cette dernière qui ne sont plus en bon état, mais le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il devait la refaire. Les extérieurs sont formidables. La salle de jeux a également été très appréciée. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les plats et casseroles adaptées à l'accueil de 10 personnes. 3 salles de bain et 3 WC ça c'est vraiment top pour les groupes. Seuls petits bémols, deux chambres ne sont accessibles qu'en en traversant une autre et il y a parfois des odeurs désagréables liées à la fosse septique. Pour autant, tout le groupe a apprécié le séjour.

Deux vieilles demeures authentiques avec tout le confort moderne pour un séjour paradisiaque sur la Presqu’île. Des hôtes très accueillants, toujours à l’écoute et très réactifs. Idéal!
