The neighborhood is sketchy. This isn’t a cabin or cottage it is a an apartment that has been subdivided off a house.

The Gardens are Beautiful!

This property has the most beautiful gardens! The studio was very clean, although we did have someone smoking in one of the adjacent apartments and we could smell it. It isn’t the fault of the host, but it would have been miserable if someone in our party had been allergic. The studio is as described in the listing. The kitchen is a nice addition for the space. It is 10-15 min to almost everything since it is centrally located in the Lansing/East Lansing area. This house is not in a super great neighborhood, but again, that isn’t something the host can change.

Nice studio apartment setting.

Very thorough on directions. Nice clean place. I can only suggest having decaf coffee also. Was real close to my daughter’s apartment, so great location for me.
