Private terrace of 55 m², courtyard of 330 m² and private enclosed land of 530 m². Floor not accessible. Teleworking space in the living room. On leaving Lannion, in the direction of the beaches of Trébeurden and Trégastel, this family house has just undergone a total and successful renovation: you will appreciate the beautiful volumes and the private bathroom in the bedroom: total comfort! When you come back from walks, you will enjoy the well-appointed and sheltered terrace. Ideal and trendy resort to shine on the Pink Granite Coast: the wild beach of Beg Léguer at 5 km will pleasantly surprise you, Perros Guirec and its famous village of Ploumanac'h at 10 km, Pleumeur Bodou (Gaulois Village, Planetarium, City des Télécoms) 6 km away. Bicycle enthusiasts will be delighted: the green lane passes right next to the house.
