Your holiday rental includes on one level: kitchen living room, one bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 and a desk), shower room, toilet. At your disposal a private courtyard of 80 m². Parking of your vehicle on the street (free) in front of the house. Gîte adjoining the owner's home. In Lannion, at the gateway to the Pink Granite Coast, you will fall under the spell of this house, located in a residential area, ideally placed to discover one of the most beautiful coasts of the Breton coast! For your excursions, you will be spoiled for choice. By the D788 100 m from the house, you will quickly reach all the must-see sites of the region. Starting with the most famous seaside resorts: Perros Guirec (5.7 km), Ploumanac'h (10 km), Trebeurden or Trégastel (12 km). It's up to you to swim in crystal clear waters, relax on the fine sandy beaches, cruise around the seven islands... Don't forget to go hiking on the GR34 which runs along the coast to admire postcard landscapes! The discovery of Lannion (6 km), a charming town will also be a must. As you wander through the cobbled streets, squares and alleyways, you can soak up the atmosphere of this ancient medieval city. Let yourself be tempted by this cottage, located at the gates of the spectacular Pink Granite Coast and only 3.5 km from the sea!
