Venez séjourner dans cette location ancienne et restaurée vous attend pour un séjour au cœur du Lot-et-Garonne tout en étant près du Gers.
Idéal pour vos séjours en famille, entre amis ou professionnels. Amateurs de pêche sont aussi les bienvenus et auront un accès au lac privé des propriétaires avec sandres, carpes et brochets, se situant à 30m seulement du gîte. Et avec permis vous pourrez en plus profiter du lac public situé à 200m.

Vous pourrez profiter d'un terrain commun non clos de 3000m² et d'une terrasse couverte de 25m² avec barbecue mobile. Un espace boulodrome est également accessible.

Le gîte est constitué d’un rez-de-chaussée avec un salon et un séjour et cuisine, une salle d'eau, une chambre avec un lit double en 140cm, une chaufferie et un wc indépendant. Il y a également un étage avec une chambre avec deux petits lits simples en 90cm.
Il est mitoyen à une autre petite location que vous pouvez louer en plus si besoin.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Location de draps à la demande : 12 € la paire, lit non fait. 15 € la paire avec lit fait.

Séjour au calme et propriétaire. Très avenant.

Cela fait du bien que de passer quelques jours dans le Gers, avec des propriétaires fabuleux, qui ne savait pas quoi faire pour nous faire plaisir, le calme et la beauté de leur terrain font du bien. Merci encore à ces deux, messieurs Dame.
