The Space:

You can enjoy a very large enclosed garden with trees, which has its own access to the Aber, making it an ideal starting point for a kayak or paddleboard trip! You can also enjoy the large terrace with its magnificent view of the Aber for meals with family or friends. And the highlight of these outdoor areas is the spa, heated to 29 degrees all year round.



Inside, you can enjoy a spacious living room which also has a beautiful view of the Aber and the port of Lanildut. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking delicious meals. On the ground floor, you will also find a beautiful master bedroom with a 160x200 queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a second spacious and beautifully decorated master bedroom with a 180x200 king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, you will find a beautiful mezzanine, ideal for children, as well as 3 beautiful bedrooms. These bedrooms are all equipped with 2 double beds, one bedroom has a 140x190 bed and the other 2 have 160x200 beds. A bathroom and a WC are also located on this floor.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
