Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean, very friendly staff, very nice restaurants and swimming pool. Hotel has convenient location nearby Langkawi airport close to markets, restaurants and beaches. Food in the hotel is excellent, buffet breakfast and buffet dinners. Christmas and New Year's parties were very nicely organized with excellent food. Altogether, we are very satisfied with hotel and can highly recommend it for visitors to Langkawi.

Toilets at reception were broken and breakfast was ok but not much choice. Staff and concierge were very friendly. The whole hotel is just very tired and badly needs refurbishing. The sunbeds and cushions around the pool are very dirty. However, the staff are fantastic and were very helpful.

The public spaces were nice and well kept except pool chair cushions. They were well worn with stains. The staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. The bathrooms are in need of an overhaul, but were clean. You need your own tv service to watch tv. Super close (right next to) airport. Staff were very nice and super helpful even with a trip that I did not book through them. I think for the price I would expect some of those updates to be done. Or the price to be reduced a little bit we paid about 100 a night and I would say that it was worth 6275 per night. The buffet breakfast was overpriced.

We were booked for 6 nights but could only tolerate 1 night, the rooms were not cleaned properly mould all over the shower, pool Was filthy as where the sun bed by the pool, the hotel food was average and the buffet was a total miss, tablecloth were all stained and the area was not clean they were only catering to Indian food throughout the buffet, will not return to this hotel
