Citin Hotel was lovely. We stayed here for 3 nights during our family get to gather. There was little bit of confusion regarding online booking process but Ms. Moli at reception was very helpful and assist us immediately. The room we received was clean and spacious but nothing to shout about on amenities. They only provide very basic toiletries. Ms. Moli also helping our entire group of family with endless request for direction and Langkawi tourist attraction detail. I would highly recommend anyone who looking for basic budget hotel to stay here. Overall am glad that I've chosen this hotel and will come back again... That's for SURE
Value for money especially for back packers, good location and is strategy, this hotel is located at center of the kuah town and is near to few shopping malls.. good budget place to stay for one night. recommended for those budget traveler.
We stayed here for a week with family for wedding preparation. The rooms were quite large. The Housekeeping was always at service and Front Desk were fab and always happy to help. The downside of the hotel, airCond not in good condition. Anyway Engineering manage to repair after we complaint. Location of this hotel is damn good where in the middle of Kuah Town. I will stay here again during my next visit.
We've had an excellent stay in Citin Hotel. It's very comfortable, the staffs are really friendly and helpful. And most importantly, the environment is very clean and the room is value for money. Thanks for the beautiful memories and we'll definitely come back again!!
I am delighted that this hotel is actually very value for money. Friendly reception and received many good advise about places to go and lepak in langkawi.For the price paid,the room are clean and comfortable.I will come again.
Everything was good and in order. Check in process for fast eventhough we arrived early. Hotel staff arranged a transfer for us back to the airport at local rate. Value for money for sure. No complaints. Shall stay again.
Stayed in Citin Langkawi for 3D 2N,hence the hotel is really value for money.The staffs are really friendly and pleasant ,the room are clean and the lodge is in strategic location.My wife really loved the hotel.Kudos to Citin !!
Had a good stay with my family... staff is friendly and helpful there...Its in Kuah so you are better off by renting a car / bike to go sight seeing around. Lot of shopping options very near the hotel.Hotel price cheap, good service, easy to find food near hotel area, easy to find this hotel if you're first time go to Langkawi.The most important is, this hotel near to Eagle Square and shopping complex (HIG).Overall is pretty good.
1)simple door lock, dont feel save to keep things in this hotel. 2)no safe box provide 3)no fridge provide 4)some of the plug point not functioning 5)the picture they show are so nice n seems good to stay, but the reality is total different story the 1st n last time
We booked Citin Langkawi for transit to Lipe as it is one of the closest to the Kuah Ferry terminal. Apart from fast check-in, everything spiralled downwards from there! We have to lug our baggages thru the flight of stairs to 3rd floor as this hotel does not come with a lift. We were greeted by dirty hallway to our rooms. carpets were filthy and full of debris akin to an unfinished worksite! Rooms are small (2 single bed) but expected for the price but the condition is totally horrible. Air-conditioner with tons of visible dust and looked like it suffered a bomb attack! (refer to pics) Bed linen are stained and looked unchanged from the previous guests. Bathroom walls are stained and looked unscrubbed for as long as this hotel opened its doors! walls are stained with watermarks and bath towels turned yellowish from white. We didn't touch it a bit and went to a nearby mall to obtain new ones. Window blinds not functioning and rooms facing the main road can be very hot due heat from the direct sunlight. We endured a stuffy room for more than an hour as the a/c is not functioning (only air) and so were the one in the adjoining room we booked! (304&305) We asked for a change of rooms and were given (307 & 317) respectively. This time we made sure the a/c is working well and it was. 307 is just like the the previous room (304) except with a fully function a/c but with a soon to fall off door lock! The safety door latch is nowhere to be found except for some screw holes! (imagine the security) Now room 317 looked more promising. It came with a double bed, definitely more spacious and clean, facing the back of the hotel and with a newly installed a/c! At last! Will not return but would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Harith (maintenance) for locating my daughter's limited edition cap which she left behind. We thought all was gone as this hotel did not give us enough confidence during our stay. (from room condition to housekeeping) We called from Lipe and spoke to him and he promised to check with housekeeping and let us know by next morning. It took him less than an hour to send us a message with a photo of the cap attached. He told us not to worry as he'll inform recep to hold on to it for us. For this, we are very thankful. A BIG thank you to you Mr. Harith!
