Comfortable hotel and close enough to Cenang

The room was perfect in size, areas was quiet, it has two restaurant and a 24h mart right infront. McDonalds is just opposite the hotel so access to convenience is covered. The reception was professional and also polite which makes the overall experience better. The only thing I would complain is that I found ants in the toilet area and also the room gets very hot during the day cause of its roof. Only one key is given so you can't leave the aircond on when you're out but there are other ways to keep it on like using one of your bank cards to leave in the slot.

Peaceful room close to beach

Rooms are a bit tired and basic but both room and ensuite were very clean and rooms were cleaned every day. The site is very quiet and peaceful even though it is a two minute walk ti the very busy main street. The beach which is amazing is a 5 minute walk. I would have no hesitation returning here.

Worth Trying

I stayed in the chalet during weekday which has lesser crowd, ideal if one craves for quietness. I cannot say the same for weekends. Walls are thin but if everyone is mindful of their tone, and not speak in barking manner, this is not an issue. Kak Rodiah epitomises excellent service & a great representation of this property. Her deep knowledge & recommendations from dining options to daily activities made my trip truly memorable. Casa Fina Management, I hope to see your younger staff learning from this veteran.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.

Easy check in and out. Need to pay tax which is unavoid. Requires deposit. Nice and big room. Very Clean toilet. Comes with toiletries. Day time air- con not cold enough. As roof is zinc sheet. At night mosquitos problem. Reception has insecticide spray avail. Iron and board upon request. Room cleaning svc everyday. Very peaceful surrounding. Reception and room svc staff very friendly.Hotel is very near to restaurants and cafe and fast food like McDonalds,Subway,MaryBrown. Overall nice hotel for family and couples. 4 star hotel.

Staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate. The room was ok a little worn down but overall presentable. Biggest issues were: The AC was not working well... Was letting out warm air .... Had to keep resetting it in order for it to work. This made getting ready and sleeping very uncomfortable. Second issue was the front desk only provides one room key....very inconvenient. And lastly mosquitos has easy access to the room as there were cracks in the door frame and below.
