We had a great stay.

Great easy check in. Staff were always friendly and on hand. Breakfast was plentiful and of good value. This hotel can only get better as it is undergoing some renovations.

Disappointed that there is no coffee service or electric kettle with tea service in the room. Only 2 paper cups in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the room is clean.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. With great location to grocery shopping, restaurants and a beautiful church that is open 24 hours a day. Easy access to the autobahn, but you don’t hear the noise from the traffic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that the duvet and pillow covers didn't cover the whole of the duvets and pillows was a bit disappointing. All the hotels I stayed at in the Hanau area in the last 4 month (8 of them) fall into the same category, low value for money compared to other regions in Germany or Europe.
