Relaxation in nature

Our cozy Nurdachhäuser offers space for 4 people, which you would like for a relaxing vacation. The house is divided into a large living room with dining area, a practical kitchen with Senceo coffee pad machine, toaster, egg cooker and kettle. Two bedrooms as well as toilet and shower room (rain shower). The equipment of the living room includes flat screen and a stereo, table linen, hand and kitchen towels and a cot and high chair. The place and its surroundings offer many interesting sights and leisure opportunities.
Our house is idyllically situated on the edge of Lautenthal, in the valley of the innermost.

At the end of a residential street there is no through traffic. Built near the edge of the forest, you come out of the house and are right in the beautiful nature.

In the immediate vicinity of the well-developed bike path to Wildemann, you have the option of cycling or skating in winter for cross-country skiing.
There are also diverse entry options into the well-developed network of trails for hiking trips to the Bromberg or to the popular destination of Massener Gaipel right on the doorstep.
The heated outdoor pool can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes and the town center in about 15 minutes.

Süße Hütte

Die Hütte ist wirklich süß, war aber leider nicht ganz sauber und recht kalt. Für den Preis ist die Hütte in Ordnung und wirklich schön gelegen. Zum Wandern perfekt. Strom und Bettwäsche muss nachträglich selber gezahlt werden, was ja völlig ok ist, aber vorher auf der Seite nicht so ersichtlich war.

Winterurlaub

Alles in allem war es sehr schön, in Anbetracht, dass wir kurz vor dem 80. Lebensjahr stehen, war es doch etwas beschwerlich die Treppe zu den Schlafgelegenheiten zu erklimmen. Aber dafür kann niemand etwas. Das FH und die Umgebung waren einfach toll. Besonders haben wir die Ruhe und die herrliche Luft genossen. Leider mussten wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen eher abreisen. Auf jeden Fall war unser Urlaub schön.

Soweit alles bestens

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Check-in und Kommunikation waren sehr gut, auch wenn niemand vor Ort. Lage sehr ruhig. Wir sind nicht die kleinsten und schmalsten, aber es ging. Preis- Leistung passt. Es war relativ kühl und wir haben dann den Heizlüfter verwendet. Da muss man dann schon auch dedendenStromverbrazch im Auge behalten

Schöner Platz zum Abschalten

Idyllisch gelegen mit schönem Außengelände. Man kann direkt in die Natur wandern oder radeln. Wer an weiteren Harz-Sehenwürdigkeiten interessiert ist (Brocken, Seilbahn, Hängerücke etc.) muss einige weitere Fahrkilometer einkalkulieren. Das hatten wir etwas unterschätzt. Erschrocken hat uns die Zerstörung des Waldes vor Ort. Zum Häuschen: war alles da, was man braucht:) Im unteren Stockwerk war es sehr sauber, leider im Dachboden zum Schlafen weniger:( Das angepriesene WLAN funktionierte gar nicht. War eigentlich nicht weiter tragisch, aber schon hinderlich, wenn man die Route oder eine Information zu einer Tätigkeit abrufen wollte. Alles in allem aber ein schöner entrückter und familiärer Aufenthalt.

Vorsicht hier wird man mit fiktiven Gebühren betrogen!!! Bitte bucht nicht über fewo-direkt.de. Unsere Unterkunft wurde mit über 150€ Gebühren beaufschlgt, welche der Wohnungsbesitzer nicht erhält. Wir können nur sagen nie wieder fewo-direkt.de.

Sehr angenehme, erholsame Zeit

Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so entspannt geschlafen. Ausser Vogelgezwitscher (was sehr angenehm war), fast keine Geräusche. Auch die Vermieter kann man gerne kontaktieren und eine Antwort folgt schnell. Für eine entspannte Auszeit vom Alltag, können wir dieses Häuschen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Natur genießen....

Einfache Ausstattung, aber sehr gemütlich und total verbindliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Wir hatten einen schönen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen! Es ist schnell warm geworden und es war alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Nichts für ältere Leute, da der Schlafbereich nur über eine steile schmale Treppe zu erreichen ist, aber für Kinder ein Traum.

Herrliche Waldgegend, ruhig, Komfortabel

Wir waren das zweite mal hier und wie immer sehr schön. Man kann direkt von der Haustür loswandern. Highlight in Lautenthal ist der Schnitzelkönig. Auch sehr zu empfehlen. Heizung läuft über Strom , es wird schnell warm. Strom wird am Ende nach Verbrauch zzgl. abgerechnet. Alles in allem gut und empfehlenswert.

Super ruhig ,tolle Lage, ideylischer kleiner Ort, Entspannung

Es war genau nach unseren Vorstellungen, mitten im Wald zur Erholung und der Ferienwohnung Baustil gefiel mir auf dem ersten Blick. Es war wirklich extrem ruhig zu unseren Zeit (September) der Blick aus der Wohnung raus gefiel uns sehr gut. Desweiteren war genügend Platz zu den Nachbarwohnung en. Tolle Ausflugstipps und Informationen im Buch Zusammengefasst. Anregungen: Mir haben Mosquito Netze gefehlt. (Haus 6) Die Reinigungsmittel haben sehr stark gerochen, zum Lüften ohne Mücken Schutz schwierig.

Tolles Häuschen in ruhiger Waldlage

Alles prima,uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Hab nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag!Die Endreinigung hätte doch gleich in der Zahlung mit draufgerechnet werden können und nicht nochmal in einen extra Briefumschlag. Sonst alles perfekt.

Unterkunft: Sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Als Allergiker habe ich oft Probleme mit Ferienhäusern. In diesem Haus hatte ich keine Probleme! Vermieter: Unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Hatte das erste Mal für mehrere Frauen eine Unterkunft gebucht und wirklich Glück gehabt, solche liebe Vermieter zu haben. Alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, auch während des Aufenthalts waren es immer sehr nette Ansprechpartner. Alles in einem, sehr zu empfehlen!
