Holiday Home 'Am Meer' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Bauernhaus am Meer in Langballig is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Baltic Sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a smart TV with streaming services. Furthermore, a private sauna and a table tennis table are available on the property. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden, terrace, barbecue, and playground.

Away from everyday life, the Ostseehof is located directly by the sea and forest - a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation alone, as a couple or with the whole family.



We offer beautiful, cozy vacation homes for up to 4 people with sea views and quick access to the natural sandy beach. Young, old, children and families with or without pets are all welcome!



A few days with us and you'll feel like a new person: walks on the beach and in the woods, long bike rides, followed by a few sauna sessions and then simply relaxing on your own terrace or in front of the crackling open fire - what could be better?





The Ostseehof is located in the middle of a nature reserve between the Flensburg Fjord and an idyllic wooded area. There are three beautiful, separate vacation homes of different sizes to choose from. The "Bauernhaus", the "Hanghaus" and the "Haus Fördeblick".



The vacation homes are between 80 and 120 square meters in size, all have a fireplace, their own sauna and some have a conservatory and / or terrace. All houses are very comfortably furnished with attention to detail - with us you can simply let your soul dangle. All houses are self-catering with their own kitchen incl. complete equipment and W-LAN (fiber optic).

Bauernhaus auf dem Ostseehof

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem hyggeligen Bauernhaus sehr genossen. Tolle Lage, absolute Ruhe, nette Vermieter, Hunde willkommen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Nähe: Geltinger Birk, Flensburg, Sønderborg… kurzer Fußweg nach Langballigau und eine schöne Hunderunde ist im nahen Wald möglich.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Charme

Der Ostseehof liegt ein wenig versteckt aber mit tollem Blick auf die Ostsee unweit vom Hafen Langballigau. Das Haus (wir haben 1 Woche im Bauernhaus gewohnt) entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wintergarten ist toll und mit dem Kamin, der Sauna und der liebevollen Einrichtung ist das Haus unglaublich gemütlich und hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Familie Petersen ist eine sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberfamilie und bei Bedarf immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und obwohl weitere 3 Ferienhäuser direkt daneben stehen, ist man sehr für sich und ungestört. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge und die Fahrradwege sind in nahezu perfektem Zustand und sehr gut ausgeschildert. Flensburg, Glücksburg und Kappeln sind nicht weit und auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.

Bauernhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben knappe zwei Wochen in dem liebevoll renovierten Bauernhaus der Familie Petersen unseren Osterurlaub verbracht und sind hellauf begeistert. Schon der erste Kontakt mit Martina und Erik bei der Anfrage war herzlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Das von uns bewohnte Bauernhaus ist eins von drei Ferienhäusern, die jedes seinen Reiz hat. Das Bauernhaus mit seinem wunderschönen Wintergarten und dem Blick auf die Ostsee war gerade in dieser noch nicht ganz so warmen Jahreszeit ideal für gemütliche Nachmittage. Auch die anderen Räume des Hauses sind liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Ideal für ein oder auch zwei Paare als auch für Familien mit zwei Kindern. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Martina und Erik war die ganze Zeit sehr herzlich, wie wir es selten in anderen Ferienhäusern erlebt haben. Am Ende der Zeit hatten wir das Gefühl uns fast schon zuhause zu fühlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Martina und Klemens Ostern 2024

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee

Mein Mann und ich haben hier ein paar sehr schöne und erholsame Karnevalstage verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und sehr gemütlich mit super schönem Wintergarten, von dem man einen Blick aufs Meer bis nach Dänemark hat. Das Häuschen hat eine Sauna, die wir nach ausgiebigen Radtouren sehr genossen haben. Im Ort selber gibt es einen idyllischen kleinen Hafen, mit drei Restaurants. Dort kann man bei einem Crêpe oder einem Fischbrötchen aufs Meer blicken und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir waren zum Radeln hier und der Ostseehof ist ein prima Startpunkt, um an der Küste sowie durch Wiesen, Felder, Wälder zu radeln und die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden, z.B. Glücksburg, Flensburg oder das Naturschutzgebiet Holnis. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir haben also ein rundum schönes und erholsames langes Wochenende hier verbracht und haben vor, wiederzukommen.

Auszeit in gemütlicher und ruhiger Atmosphäre

Schon beim ersten Betreten des Hauses überlief mich eine Gänsehaut, weil das Ambiente und der Geruch nach Kaminfeuer so ansprechend waren. Im Eingangsbereich ist genügend Platz für Koffer und Taschen. Die Räume sind hell, ganz besonders der Wintergarten mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Küche ist klein aber fein, es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden, selbst um richtiggehend zu kochen, was wir an Weihnachten auch wollten. Fazit: so wünscht man sich eine Unterkunft !!! Die Hausherrin hat sich persönlich um uns gekümmert und uns angeboten, jederzeit zu ihr zu kommen. Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Petersen für die einzigartige Weihnachten 2021

Urlaub am Wasser mit Sauna.

Wir waren leider nur für drei Nächte im Bauernhof in Langballig. Die Nähe zum Wasser, nach Flensburg und Glücksburg hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist super s am usgestattet, es ist alles da für einen schönen Urlaub. Der Kontakt zu Frau Petersen war sehr angenehm.

Sehr schön gelegen und ideal zum entspannen

das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Ruhig und gemütlich. Gut eingerichtet. Herrlicher Wintergarten. Liegt sehr schön an der Steilküste mit Meerblick und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Gegend bestens geeignet. Radfahren und Wanderungen alles in der Nähe.
