Good budget hotel for overnight stays

We stayed here on route down through Brittany. We had 2 rooms, both with a double bed downstairs and a twin upstairs deck. The hotel is clean, easy to find and the staff helpful. Breakfast was good too - a simple buffet. The only downsides were the VERY steep steps up to the twin bed deck (really not suitable for children under 11) and that the walls are paper thin between rooms - we could hear showers/toilets and general guest movements in all adjoining rooms. The hotel was perhaps a quarter full when we stayed, and all the guests seemed to have been placed in the same block in the middle, rather than spread out.

Nice hotel

Staff speak English & very polite+helpful, good wifi, room good size & clean. Very good shower. plenty of parking spaces in secure car park. Breakfast was good too (actual bacon & eggs, not just crossiants & cereal).
