🔥 FIRE SAFETY – CFA REQUIREMENTS (VERY IMPORTANT)
In line with CFA fire safety regulations and due to extreme bushfire risk in this area:
NO fires of any kind are permitted during the summer / fire danger period
This includes (but is not limited to):
❌ Open fires
❌ Fire pits
❌ Solid fuel BBQs
❌ Candles
❌ Any naked flame or spark-producing device
Fire conditions in this region can change rapidly and pose a serious risk to life, property, and surrounding vineyards.
⚠️ Breaches of this rule are taken very seriously and will result in immediate penalties and possible termination of the stay.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Strictly no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, electric smoke devices, or any type of smoke inside the house or anywhere on the property.

A penalty will be applied if this rule is broken.

👥 Registered Guests Only – Strictly Enforced

The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed on the booking.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time, including visitors.
No additional guests, visitors, or overnight stays without prior written approval through Airbnb.
If unregistered guests are found:
Extra guest fees will be charged immediately, and/or
The reservation may be terminated without refund in accordance with Airbnb House Rules.
This rule is in place for safety, insurance, and compliance reasons.
By booking, guests agree to comply with this rule.

This is a quiet rural retreat. Please no parties, gatherings, or events of any kind.

🏕 Shared Landscape

The garden and outdoor areas are shared with other guests on the property. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate, keep noise at reasonable levels, and share the space respectfully.

📸 No Commercial Photography or Filming

Personal holiday photos are welcome!

However, no commercial photography or filming is allowed without written permission.

🍇 Do Not Pick Grapes or Plants

The property is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and native plants.

Please do not pick grapes, fruit, or any plants. Penalties apply for damage to vines or landscaping.

🧼 Leave the House Clean

Please treat the home with care and leave it as you found it.

Shoes are not permitted inside the house. Please leave footwear outside at all times.

Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, pots, pans, and dinnerware before checkout.

Wipe down benches, tables, and surfaces after use.

Excessive mess may incur an extra cleaning fee.


🗑 Rubbish Disposal

All rubbish must be taken with you when you check out.

Please do not leave rubbish inside the house or anywhere on the property.

Any rubbish removal will incur an additional cleaning/collection cost.

🐍Snakes

We're surrounded by nature, and that includes lots of local snakes. So please, no pets, as they aren't safe here, please also remind your kids and keep doors closed at all time.

We keep snake bite kits available for emergencies.
