With its large, completely private garden and wellness facilities, it is the perfect haven for rejuvenating holidays with family or friends, away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the ocean.

From the moment you step through the door, the house reveals a rare soul. Each room is punctuated with treasures brought back from travels around the world: precious woodwork, antique furniture, and carefully chosen decorative objects tell a story. The vast living space, generous and bathed in light, opens to the outside. The large living room, equipped with a convertible sofa, communicates harmoniously with a beautiful dining area (table for 6) and a fully equipped modern kitchen. For music lovers or those seeking a quiet space, the villa also features a charming office fitted with a piano and a small convertible sofa.

The sleeping area, consisting of 4 bedrooms, has been designed to guarantee comfort and privacy for every traveler:
The Master Suite: A superb double bedroom opening directly onto the terrace and pool, featuring its own walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom (shower).
The Pool Bedroom: An elegant double bedroom also offering direct access to the outdoor terrace, equipped with a desk.
The Third Bedroom: A beautiful and comfortable double bedroom with careful decoration.
The Kids' Den: A fun and functional bedroom furnished with two single beds (one loft bed, one standard floor bed) and plenty of games.
For everyone's comfort, the house additionally features a large main bathroom, perfectly equipped with a bathtub and a double vanity.

The true asset of the property is found outside. In the large garden, no overlooking neighbors disturb the tranquility of the premises: the surrounding nature is the only spectator. Here you can enjoy a superb heated pool with an integrated jacuzzi, ideal for moments of absolute calm by the water. Whether for a morning dip or a relaxing evening in total privacy, this wellness area promises unforgettable moments.
On the practical side, the property allows for very easy and secure parking, with the possibility to park 3 to 4 vehicles directly in front of the house.

CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES

To guarantee a hotel-quality standard and complete transparency, preparation fees are not included in the online reservation. Payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after the validation of your stay.
Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):
End of Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 140 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a decent condition: clean dishes and emptied bins).
Bed Linen and Towels Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person. This package allows us to provide hotel-quality linen (beds are made upon arrival), bathroom towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), and kitchen tea towels.

Your Comfort Options (Upon request):
Early check-in (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Late check-out (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Additional cleaning during the stay: 39 euros per hour.
Pets: 15 euros per stay.

Tourist tax (Mandatory): Varies according to your reservation.

Deposit: A security deposit of 1,000 euros will be required before your arrival. It is done via a pre-authorization on your credit card (the amount is not debited).

HOUSE RULES

To preserve the beauty of this villa and its travel treasures, the interior is strictly non-smoking. Loud parties and events are not allowed in order to respect the peace of the neighborhood. The use of the pool and jacuzzi is under the full responsibility of the guests.
