Central location in Landeck. Great stay, be aware that tgere is no parking at the hotel, but plenty of paid parking near by. Max 2 hrs from 8.00am on road. Free 6.00pm to 8.00am.

Beds were very comfy, although I think we were given the smallest rooms in the hotel! Was ideal for a one night stopover for our large group. As it was a holiday weekend, the area was deserted but we managed to find 1 restaurant open for dinner. Hotel staff were nice, polite and helpful and the spa/sauna was great.

Good overall, but…

Fine hotel overall. However, they didn’t consistently provide the first rule of hotels, which is to offer guests the opportunity for a good night’s sleep. The maid vacuumed the hallway outside of our room at 6:30 AM for two mornings until we complained (then she stopped). The other problem was the restaurant, which had several things wrong with it. I would rate the restaurant at no more than two stars. It is the weak link in an otherwise solid hotel. The strong link was the front desk, which gets five stars.

The hotel offers an excelent location, clean facilities, comfortable and clean bed, friendly staff, a very wholesome breakfast, a very good price, and free secure parking for bicycles. Overall, excellent. The only negative is that for breakfast we were seated away from the rest of the customers in a reserved table, but the holel manager decided to hold an animated staff meeting in the adjacent room. We would have enjoyed being seating with the rest of the customers.

We were initially put in a room that did not include the view our reservation promised. After asking, we were moved to a larger, nicer room with a large patio and spectacular views. Good service. Nice dining area for breakfast.

Charming town in Alps

The hotel is neat and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. I was quite happy with my room. It would not hurt to have a rudimentary coffee maker at the room as expected in North American hotels at a 3 star level or above. I skied at St Anton am Arlberg. It is ~25 min drive from the hotel by car. BTW, there is no free dedicated parking for the guests. The closest "City Parking" garage caused me a lot of bad blood. It turns out it is actually "very private". There are no signs in English. It turned out that before you exit you should walk to an automated pay terminal and insert your entry ticket and pay in cash and get a receipt and then you have 6 min to exit or you will be charged extra and the exit gate bar will not raise and then at some moment an indignant owner will appear and will start yelling at you in German. I stalled there two times and was solemnly banished from the facility. I recommend a public garage across the river that is actually about the same distance if one takes a walking bridge across the river. The price is about the same 7 or 8 euros per day.
