This place is a family friendly business. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only problem is that it's located outside the city which can be an inconvenience for the lack of public transportation.

When we got there, I was hoping there would be someone checking us in. I had to make a call and luckily the host answered. It was so remote that I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get in. We had booked two rooms. One double room looked perfect. The other room with three beds was in the attic and it was a little creepy and had a funky layout. It was clean. Both AC’s worked efficiently. Our one night stay worked out. Hosts were there the next morning. Very nice staff. Breakfasts provided was good. A lot of food provided even though we didn’t eat them all. However, it’s not walkable to town.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Very affordable and parking. I definitely recommended and if I go back to Lanciano I will definitely go back. The shower was amazing and the best stay of my entire trip.

Small and comfortable

A combined architect's office and guesthouse. Comfortable bed. Located on the edge of Lanciano. No orientation to nature but still quiet and comfortable.
