“The Farm” 2-bedroom apartment in Lancaster with AC
Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom apartment in Lancaster. This delightful space features 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds in the the other bedroom, along with a cozy living room, MASSIVE kitchen and cute bathroom with all essentials! There are two queen sized air mattress with sheets available for you to use if needed as well. The bathroom comes with a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. With heating and AC, guests can stay comfortable year-round. Laundry is free, and located inside of the unit. Huge farming fields are the backdrop of this cute space! We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
The area to be used is solely the apartment. There are parking spots available along the back area of the circle only. Please do not park or drive on the grass. There is a 2-3 car limit but we can accommodate more parking if necessary. Please message me directly before booking your stay to discuss how many vehicle spaces will be needed. Outside areas that may be used is the small patio by the main door, the grass area in the circle, and the driveway. All other areas are off limits. Please no confetti, no balloons, no silly string. No bonfires are allowed on the premises.
This apartment is located in a quad-plex. Please do not bother the other tenants, or cause any noise complaints. Life is calm on the farm and we do not wish to host any parties. The owners live only 10-12 minutes away and are readily available during your stay via text message, and/or can make themselves available in person if necessary. Please do not go into any barns, garages, or any other outbuildings. There are doors that are sealed shut intentionally when the farmhouse was converted from a one family house to a 4-unit apartment building. Please do not attempt to open these doors. There are two doors in the foyer area, and another one where the blanket ladder is.
