After a day exploring Western New York, relax in the private hot tub or settle into the massage chair for the ultimate way to unwind.

Located directly across the street from beautiful Como Lake Park, guests have easy access to one of Lancaster`s most popular outdoor spaces. The home is also conveniently located near the Village of Lancaster, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and major roadways providing easy access to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and other Western New York attractions.

Whether you`re visiting for a family getaway, sporting event, wedding, business trip, or simply a relaxing weekend away, this home offers a comfortable and stylish place to make yourself at home.

Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and outdoor areas.

You’ll also have full access to the private hot tub and massage chair.

Self check-in makes arrival simple and convenient, and you’ll be able to come and go as you please throughout your stay.

Please note that any locked owner or maintenance closets are not accessible to guests.


We respect our guests’ privacy and want you to feel completely at home during your stay. Our team is available if you need anything, but otherwise we’ll give you the space to relax and enjoy the property.

Please note the bathroom layout when planning sleeping arrangements. The two main bedrooms on the second floor each have their own private ensuite bathroom. The third full bathroom is located on the first floor.

Guests sleeping on the third floor will need to use the first-floor bathroom unless those staying in one of the second-floor bedrooms are comfortable sharing their ensuite bathroom. We want to make this clear in advance so everyone in your group can choose the sleeping arrangements that work best for them.
Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The house is for registered overnight guests only. Please make sure the guest count is accurate when booking. If you need to change the guest count, please do so through the Airbnb platform prior to arrival. LOCALS MUST CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. We reserve the right to cancel any local bookings that are not authorized.

No Smoking! We care very much about the air quality for our guests. We even work hard to use neutral cleaners to maintain air quality. Smokers must smoke outside away from open windows and doors. Smoking in the house will result in a minimum $400 additional cleaning fee.

*No cats allowed on this property. The owner is very allergic to cats.

Early check-in/ late check-outs: We will do our very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Please note that it is very rare that these can be accommodated, especially during the summer season. If you must arrive early or late, we suggest booking an additional day as we cannot guarantee availability. Overstaying past checkout time without prior permission will result in a charge of $75 per hour. This is the fee our cleaners charge us and we therefore have to pass it on.
