Stayed, over New year.... a brief summary of a really good Hotel, Reception . Excellent , all staff great. The duty Manager very proffesional in her manner. Food , Very good.. .. Breakfast sausages , greasy as heck, fried in lard, a lot of comments from fellow guests about grease and poor quality. Take a look please as a lot of unhappy customers , petty i know .... Everything else for Breakfast very good. Lunch, very basic, but is 3 hours after Breakfast is served so no issues really unless you have a 23 stone frame to fill then you will be ok. Only thing missing would be a cold meat platter that most people also commented on. Evening meal.great , nice quality. In general food very good and always looked forward to going to restaurant.Food is very difficult to please everyone, but this Hotel really tries . Bar... could not fault, dealt with customers very fast and thats what seperates this Hotel from others . If these standards are kept in place, then customers will keep returning as i will be in March, Please keep these standards, ps tea coffee machine staff brill . Entertainment.... Daytime... fantastic, really funny and entertaining, could not fault and really tried hard to keep things moving .the two young ladies were great. Nightime. Dito, Ryan fantastic, Acts brill. Housekeeping. Brilliant, worked there socks off. They try very ,very hard. Everyone fab, we go a lot and have a ball, great group this year. One mention would be to Mel, she is fantastic as is everyone. One last thing, you can tip the staff, we always do. As a general Manager you should be proud of your staff and your self . Thanks Claremont

Just home from a 3 night break for New year and we had a brilliant time. We had a lovely room on the 4th floor. Very spacious and clean. There was a welcome gift too which was a complet surprise. This was an all inclusive break and we felt very well looked after. As well as the normal DBB we also got a buffet lunch and afternoon tea and cake. Tea and coffee was free all day and there was also the free bar. The entertainment at night was very good and they also had quizzes and other games on during the day which was a bonus as the weather was not good. Staff all very pleasant.

I went in this hotel for a five night all inclusive break, it was amazing. The food was really nice, the staff were all pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them, all the drinks and entertainment were included, also two free trips and lunch if you wanted, I have already booked another two trips to this and the sister hotel for later this year can't wait, there is also a swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi, so you can relax if you wish.

Sorry this review is a bit late. We went here on the all inclusive package and we could not fault it. The food was excellent, we had two day trips included in the price as well. This was so good my parents have book for Easter.

just back after 11 days met lots of friendly people food is good drinks i.e beer and lager not so good staff are amazing so friendly in every way hotel now is out dated bathrooms so small its a struggle to move in there but clean t.v only 2 channels the rest keep flickering carpark its just a joke people are waiting at 9 in the morning for you to vacate god help you if your car is parked first you could wait over an hour to get your car back thank you again staff you work so hard its not your fault. also what a waste of time the one lift is for over 300 guest you can wait 20 minutes.

my husband and I spent the Christmas holiday at this fantastic hotel. We were both shocked to find it was only a 2 star. We arrived at 10.30 to get a parking space as parking is tight. We were greeted by the reception staff with a smile and a warm welcome. We were even able to book in but had to get our room key after 12 noon this was no hardships as we were heading into town for breakfast.Once we had our keys we headed to the room it was clean spacious and it had a bath I was more than happy. The entertainment throughout the break was brilliant with something to do all day. The food was out of this world it was restaurant standard with a really good choice everyday. We stayed all inclusive which was bed breakfast lunch afternoon tea and evening meal everyday. The bar was all inclusive also with a wide selection of drinks a pound charge was added for the branded drinks. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for Xmas 2018 can't wait.

I have stayed at some of the best hotels, had food in 3* Michelin restaurants around the world, this is not either if them. However I had no expectations, it is an all inclusive hotels in Blackpool. The food is not bad for mass catering. The selection of "free drinks" is pretty inclusive and only £1 to upgrade. The entertainment is straight from the 1970s but I expected all of this and for the price this is an excellent fun weekend.

Just got back from another great five day all inclusive break at the Claremont hotel Blackpool the room was very clean and the food was very good met up again with friends we see there every year and also maid some new friends there is two entertainers on every night plus bingo staff were very friendly and helpful all in all another great break just before Christmas.

The stay was average. Just like the food and the entertainment. There was a young man who worked behind the bar and did dinner service. Didn’t catch his name. But he was rude to me and several other people. He also used foul language to his work colleague. In a banter kind of way. Personally I didn’t mind this but if other customers would’ve herd him use the word they use for a different coloured person known as the N word That would’ve caused insult and embarrassment. I can’t really give a lot of compliments because the stay was average but pleasant. And personally in my opinion I only came across probably 3 members of staff who had some kind of idea of what they was doing. And 2 of them was door staff so probably not employed by the hotel chain. Any way just be mindful when booking. And as I like to end on a positive I was all-inclusive and I did like the idea if you wanted a premium beer or spirits you only paid £1 That’s the only complement I can really give

Good hotel, with handy location for shopping and north shore. Good all inclusive deals available. Food was really good plenty of choice. Good service with polite staff. Room was ok with sea view ...however a little on small side. We did not like children running around the concert room in the ev ening should be adults only.
