I didn’t stay at the hotel but my sister and niece took my mum last week, after a walk down the prom they decided to get the tram back where my mum then fell getting off the tram, catching her face full force on the pavement/tram rails mum was helped up by lovely passers by pouring with blood with a lovely couple who had a baby with them gave mum all her baby wipes, mum and my sister said when they got back to the hotel they were very well looked after, ambulance called mum seem to brilliantly in Blackpool hospital very swift and very good care, then back at the hotel they couldn’t do enough, mum very self conscious because of her injuries didn’t want to go down for tea so they sent up tray of food and drinks and they couldn’t do enough, very kind and very caring, all in all they made a very bad situation bearable, so a big thank you to all the staff and I’ve looked and will be booking to come with my little one and mum again
The all inclusive deals are fab value for money, and the hotel was very clean. Staff were constantly clearing tables and tidying up. Bar staff were quick too. Food was good, with lots of choice. Room was spotless. Would highly recommend.
Another fantastic 5 days. I don't know how this hotel can do such a fantastic job for the money. I took my son, grandson and sister for a break as they had never been to Blackpool before and they loved it. My grandson didn't want to go home and I've promised him a return trip. The food was amazing as usual and with the entertainment and friendly staff it was a great break. We were talking to people who have been going for 20 years and I can see why.
Booked last minute with my wife and granddaughter all inclusive.Nice sea view bay room .The bathroom is quite small but manageable. The food is really good with a good choice of starters and puddings. Entertainment in the evenings was good. All staff friendly and helpful.
This was our first time staying at the Claremont and all I can say is it’s an all round good hotel. Rooms are clean, staff are very pleasant. Food is lovely. A nice pool area. Will return again in the future.
Good food although waiting staff could have been quicker at clearing table between curses. Clean room with comfortable bed, however bathroom was very small. Good entertainment but the room not big enough when hotel is full. Difficult to get a seat after 6.30pm and then a long wait for bingo to start at 8pm! If we wanted to eat later than 5.30pm there was not chance of finding seats. Fortunately the weather was good so we were out and about during the day, but if we had wanted to stay in the hotel it was virtually impossible to find seats in the lounge areas. Very disappointed with the pool area, as the water in the jacuzzi was cold, button to switch it on was on wall outside the Jacuzzi - meaning you had to get out each time it needed restarting; there were no steps or rail for you to use to get into it - used it once as didn't feel safe. Lots of stairs around the hotel and only one small lift!!!
My husband myself and our friends went to the Claremont Hotel Blackpool (all inclusive )the week end of the 16th and 17th March 2018. We have been coming to this lovely hotel for quite sometime now but usually mid week again all inclusive and thought we would show it off to our friends - big mistake !!! As much as I love children they were running everywhere and we’re up very late into the evening. Is it us or has the hotel in general become shambolic disorganised and not as is used to be to say the least?! ! We were in bed for around 12.30 but it was so noisy from other clients coming to bed I hardly got any sleep. The staff were as usual attentive nothing was too much trouble. The food was as usual tasty and plentiful. Entertainment was second to none especially Carol (can’t remember her second name ). We have seen her before she has a brilliant voice and she sang a song for the first time that absolutely blew us away - amazing !! I have to say though what’s happened to Ryan the compare the funny general all rounder - he has changed so much he wasn’t his usual friendly chatty self in fact he didn’t speak at all either on or off the stage !!! Sadly that will be our last visit- we won’t be returning
Happy to visit Blackpool but greatly miss Marcus the once wonderful manager of the Claremont hotel . Marcus was an excellent manger who cared about everyone he was the reason we always went to the Claremont it will not be the same without him. Will miss you Marcus from Mary and Tony
We stayed here in a number of rooms in February for 2 nights, me and my partner had a room with our 8 month old daughter and were given room 149, unfortunately when it got to night time and time to put the little one to bed the entertainment was right under us and so it was very loud, the hotel rectified this for us the next day and as soon as another room became available they offered it to us. The girls on reception were extremely helpful and the hotel was clean and I loved the fact that it was all inclusive with only £1 supplement for drinks not on the list. Food was really lovely although limited choice but everything we did eat was nice.
Myself and 5 friends have just returned from a brilliant weekend away at the Claremont we have stayed here 3 times, the only down fall this stay was that a couple of our rooms were cold but the staff were great and sorted it straight away, the food again was excellent, the entertainment on the Friday was good but the comedian on the Saturday night was utter rubbish..
