We stay every year with our grandaughter monday to friday in which we meet up with other families from previous years .The room as usual was very good size as was the bathroom . The beds very comfortable The variety for the breakfast and evening meal was excellent . The staff very pleasant and helpful . We needed to take our grandaughter back home on the thursday for her family holiday and decided to stay another 2 nights .We changed rooms . The reception staff made it so easy for us by having the porters move our luggage for us to our other room while we were out.We had a lovely family holiday plus a couples holiday . Well done The Claremont .

Just got home today from here & am amazing time.I've been coming here since I was about 7 so just over 20 years.we got checked in quickly by the friendly receptionists.our room was lovely & spacious.out tv didn't work but the staff soon sorted it out by getting us a different tv.entertainment was great & the food was lovely the only thing with the food is it was a choice of 3 meals every night 2 of them was meat every night & a vegetarian option it would be nice if they did something other than meat maybe a nice curry or pasta dish.over all had a great time & can't wait to go again next year!

Just back from our first holiday here. There was a slight issue with our first room but reception and one of the night porters quickly helped to sort out. Our daughter loved the Rooster Club and was really excited to have her picture taken with Rocky!! The swimming pool was a huge hit with her, was a little chilly though! The food was good and the service was excellent. Can't comment on the entertainment as we left after the kids disco. We have booked for next year.

First room bathroom smelt off wee, receptionists do not communicate, asked to see manager but not able to arrange, on a plus point restaurant fabulous especially Adam, our waiter,do not be in a hurry to check in they don't do pace

Me & my partner & 2 kids have been here many times now and still we have had no problems. Great value for money on the all inclusive weekends, food is great & a good selection of drink to choose from. Certain drinks you have to pay a £1 extra but what is a £1 when all the other drinks are payed for. Rooms are spotless can't fault these my only issue is that the hall ways are small and creeky floor boards are a bit annoying but still not really much to moan about. The kids are kept entertained with a children's clubs which is downstairs these include different activities I.e face painting, arcade games, pool, play area, arts & crafts etc. Also there is an indoor pool on located in the hotel, it may be small but really enjoyable for kids & adults too. The entertainment varies on a night time some good some not so good it depends on what you like. I prefer the comedians but they do have some decent singers on too. I recommend this hotel to all ages and also whether your going as a couple, family or large group it's well worth it. The hotel is about a 10minute walk from the town centre & Blackpool tower, if you wish to go to Pleasure Land then I would catch a tram or taxi as it's a bit to far to walk.

So happy about this place. Lovely service at reception when arrive. Food was amazing room was tidy and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place to family and friends. Would come again with my family.

Just stayed at the Claremont Hotel checked in on Monday at 2pm very quick straight to room which was a sea view family room very spacious and clean. Hotel reception and other staff very friendly nothing too much trouble for them. it was just myself and three children that stayed the two younger ones loved Rocky Gardens (name of the kids club) the childrens entertainers work very hard with different activities each day. Also a lovely indoor pool with Jacuzzi. Food was very good especially the breakfast. We had Adam that waited on us at meal times who was very friendly kids loved him. Just wanted to say a big thankyou to all at Claremont we enjoyed it that much kids mythered me to book for next year before we left so I guess we will see you all again next July Claremont happy kids happy mum we all cant wait to go back.

Staff at this hotel appear to be happy and in turn they do all they can to make your holiday enjoyable. There appeared to be enough staff and each staff member helped out in other areas of the hotel as well as doing their main job. I didn't need to wait to be served at the bar and the bartenders even remember what drinks you ordered last time. Our restaurant waitress 'Mel' was superb (the best for customer service I have experienced in any hotel - at home or abroad). The rooms are quite small and a little dated but still very comfortable. The entertainment was very good. The food was also very good and well presented- the Chef offers to cater for your exacting needs although my daughter (who is vegetarian and allergic to shellfish) didn't want to ask. The hotel is in a good location on the seafront with just a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and theatres. The bus stop and tram stop are both right outside the hotel. There are cheaper hotels but here you get good value for money. We will be returning to this hotel in the future.

Stayed here end of July for 6 days with family. Rooms basic but clean, hotel needs a bit of updating. The beds and pillows in the room were very comfortable though. We had all inclusive, which is good. They have a policy that they can only give two drinks per person at the bar, so with such a large group, it meant 3 or 4 of us had to go up at once which was a bit of a pain. They have a list of drinks that are included in the all inclusive package, other drinks you have to pay 1 pound for which is fine. The price is very reasonable for all inclusive and it's great value for money so you can't really complain. However, the food wasn't up to much. A small buffet, which was ok but basic things like the custard, was horrific, it was just yellow water. There was a list of main courses to choose from and a kids menu as well as the buffet. The signature dish was the same every night we were there and the waiters had a hard time trying to get everyone's orders, such as things like ice cream for dessert, every hotel buffet I've been to has ice cream sitting out and you could just scoop it, would save the waiters some hassle. Service was really quick though. It was my mum and dad's second stay and they said food was much nicer before and more selection but perhaps since going all inclusive they've had to cut corners. Entertainment was ok, there was normally a round of bingo, the kids show, a singer/comedian, the full bingo, then another singer/comedian. All in all, great value for money, basic and small rooms but clean and suitable for the price, food could have been better and plenty of drinks in all inclusive package. Also, pool was a good size and not too deep for kids, sauna was good but jacuzzi is the same temp as the pool. No gym.

Stayed here many years, great value for money.Room was clean with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids, their are small rooms around the back mind.Kids enjoyed the kids club, food was good, would like being served for breakfast but it seems the norm to do buffet these days even in 5 star places.Enjoyed the entertainment,an element of phoenix nights about it but i liked that.Overall a 3/4 star.Be back again. .
