Because we had midweek all-inclusive we got Sunday for free, making it 5 nights for the same price, plus it was all adults, we have been to this hotel several times, we keep returning because its very friendly, clean, nice rooms ( we have sea views) they are a little extra but well worth it., the dining room is very clean, the staff friendly and the food really good, and well served, now it has gone self service for every meal, the choices are good plus you can have as little or as much as you like, they have a bar in the restaurant and again the staff are very attentive getting your orders. This hotel is just a few minutes walk and you are at the north pier, its that close to the shopping area, no buses needed.
Stayed for 3nights breakfast was self service but worth the money the bathroom was bit on the small size has the bath took up a lot of space. The bedroom had plenty of space. Could do with another lift has it was always busy
hi room roomy and clean.entertainment good.carpark too, food great, stephen was on the ball, cheerful and very polite.i hope he goes far and deserves good tips..running after everyone.its nice for people to appreciate people like this.check in and check out ok.abit pricey than some so as long as u use leisure swim sauna etc.carpark.
Fantastic choice of food to suit all requirements.Self serve starters and pudding at dinner and self serve healthy and full English options at Breakfast. Portion sizes of main meal is great. Friendly, helpful staff very polite. Hotel room clean and comfy bathroom very small. Overall a lovely break.
Just stayed at the Claremont for the first time it was recommended by friends and we truly had a wonderful time staff are friendly and helpful the entertainment was brilliant and also enjoyed the bingo To top it all the pool and sauna and jacuzzi where a great treat Will definitely go back again as soon as we can . One wish is to have more power sockets in the room only one double which is near the kettle would be helpful having one more somewhere more practical for charging phone or tablet apart from that all was great
We were on a coach trip to see blackpool lights. We stayed in this lovely hotel on the north side of the Promenade, it served good food with a wide selection , good entertaiment in the evenings. The rooms are very clean, ours was very small and at the back of the hotel with no view, only walls and a roof
First time at this hotel, excellent choice. We booked a sea view room on the second floor, 215.. although the hotel had a maze of corridors, our room was easily accessible. The room was clean, well decorated and enough storage space. Could have done with a little more tea and coffee sachets in the room, otherwise excellent. A bonus of this hotel was it had various amenities for every guest. A swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, massage parlour, children’s club and activities, a games room. Ballroom. The entertainment was first class with Ryan our host, two artists, a comedian and a singer each night. And they were excellent. The food here was excellent, plenty of choice, and variety. Breakfast was something else, although a buffet service at breakfast, there was nothing that you couldn’t ask for. The staff, again excellent, helpful and very pleasant. Reception staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. An added bonus was free Wi.Fi in every room, excellent. Will certainly come again. My only gripe is that it only is a two star hotel, certainly should be at least a three star.
Food is excellent but parts of hotel looking little tired could do with a refirbishment Our room 203 had excellent sea view looking up north promenade, but bathroom was tiny u had to shut the door to be able to stand at sink Service of clearing tables on Sunday evening was bad I had to ask 3 times for water one young girl more interested in setting used tables up for the following morning breakfast Pool was too cold to stay in
This hotel has excellent polite sraff, provides great in house entertainment and no shortage of excellent food. While the front car park can get congested be advised the hotel has another car park to the rear of the building a two minute walk away. It is only a short walk into the town and therefore an ideal location.
We had a 2 night stay at the Claremont Hotel and found it to be very comfortable. The room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, nice furnishings and a lovely comfy bed. It was clean and towels were refreshed daily. The shower temperature was a bit hit and miss but we coped with it! The TV wasn't working when we arrived so we reported it and it was put right straight away. The dining room was very pleasant, and well stocked for breakfast with lots of choices for a hot or cold meal. Evening meal was nice with the main course being served and starters and desserts self service. The staff were all very smart and polite and very helpful. The entertainment in the hotel was average but there was a very funny comedian one night. We would visit here again and definitely recommend to friends.
