I stayed one night. Room was clean. Handy internet access. Shower was very temperamental and turned very hot without any warning - not great for kids or elderly. Service was OK but could do better. Never tried any food - cant comment.

Hotel building and room fine but woeful service and staffing levels with members of staff believing it was more important to answer the telephone at 10:30pm than serve customers queuing in the bar. Only 2 on with "the other one making sandwiches". The level of service offered does not go anywhere near to match the prices they charge!

Based in a nice quiet location opposite the sea, with a tram stop nearby, which is ideal for exploring if you don't want to travel too far on foot. The hotel has recently been renovated, its clean and welcoming. The rooms are nice and clean aswell, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast whilst we stayed as an afterthought, it was £8.50 pp and well worth it, such good quality, lots to choose from and always kept topped up. The bar is reasonably priced for a hotel, and the seating area comfortable. I really can't faul this hotel, we always stop here every visit

Booked 4 nights early August for an event at the winter gardens. Had a room with sea view, perfect. Comfortable bed nice room, bathroom a bit small lucky so are we! Didn't book breakfast , bar reasonable for a hotel, had Sunday lunch, good price £10.95 for 2 courses, but a little disappointed, roast potatoes over seasoned and no mash. Meat a little dry, was ok. Good location nice and quiet. Only moan is paying £5 a night to park. Would stay again.

Hotel perfectly positioned for the tram as the stop was opposite the hotel ( pleasant street ) A lot as been done to the hotel since our last visit 12 month ago you could say a total revamp. It's now bright and airy, the rooms are well done and contain all you need for a pleasant stay, a good selection of meals all well cooked and the restaraunt very clean. Staff very nice and polite ( just a couple of waiters a bit slow but they could have been learning) Very nice stay.

Stayed for one night in August. When we arrived we were seen promptly and upon checking in our room was changed as it was a bit small. When we were given the next room we got up there and reception rang to ask if the room was ok. Once again it was a little small so we were then given a third room. This room had the biggest comfiest super king size bed!! Rooms themselves are of an acceptable standard for a short break. Lovely bathroom with shower over. Desk and chair, kettle etc. Only niggles really were you could hear everyone walking past room as hallway was very creaky( probably due to age of hotel) The net curtain in our room looked like it had been cleaned up to a certain point but at the top dust was visible all across. That said it was a great base for a one night stay. Breakfast in the morning was buffet style and lots of choice from cereals, croissants, plus hot options sausage, bacon etc. Great start to the day. If looking at a mini break would recommend.

Visited for a mid week break and found the hotel to be very good. Check in was good and we were shown to some seats while we waited for our turn. The hotel is very modern in decor and has a large bar with plenty of seating plus other seating areas and a balcony with an excellent sea view. The staff were excellent and acted promptly when anything was asked of them. The rooms were quite nice and good for a short break. The shower had excellent pressure but the controls were confusing. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were out at meal times. What we saw regarding meals and bar snacks seemed good value. Car parking was good if possibly a bit limited in busy periods. Check in early to guarantee your space. The Tram stops in front of the hotel.

We stayed here twice before and enjoyed it. So as part of my husbands birthday celebrations we decided a couple of days away here would fit the bill. The hotels been done up and there's a new look about the place. Public areas have lovely comfy seating and the bar is so relaxing. We ate in the restaurant for an evening meal and the food was lovely along with the view out to sea it makes for a lovely dining experience. Our bedroom had a sea view with two comfy chairs in the window to enjoy it. There was the usual tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and lovely thick towels. Only blip here is the step to the bathroom. We did forget it a couple of times but no harm done. The staff are very good from the lovely French lady on reception to the waiters in the dining room. Good old fashioned pleasant helpful service. All in all a lovely wee break.

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Blackpool, made better by staying in this hotel. We had a spacious room, very clean and tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee and plenty of milk, A bonus in my book! There was quite a few charging plugs which is great if you've only got the wire, a hotel that caters for it's guests that's for sure! The breakfast was epic, food cooked to perfection and with more than enough food to go around. There was a lift so great for disabled guests and familieswith prams. There is a charge for the car park but it doesn't break the bank. The decor is fab, clean and modern. The staff are so polite and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the bathroom was a bit dated and the bed was a little to sort for my liking but that's just me. I haven't got a bad word to say about it.

My boyfriend took me here for the weekend 9for my birthday back in may and I forgot to do a review so here it is. Coming to Blackpool I heard and had seen a lot of bad hotels and I was quite nervous stopping here seeing all the bad hotels and b&b's but honestly pulling up to here it was very nice. It was a 15 minute walk from about everything really which was nice because it was quite at the night however you could walk towards all the night life. The room was massive and the bathroom was better than expected. Had a nice view out to the sea and honestly the staff at reception were very nice. I would say one of the best places to stay in blackpool!!! Would highlight recommend this for a short break for couples and for family's. I will be returning.
