Located in Lanas, the holiday apartment Studio Cocoon - Bord Ardèche has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 20 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.

Our stone house is located in southern Ardèche, in the heart of the village of Lanas, ideally situated between Vogüé and Balazuc, both listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France." The house has two fully independent apartments: a ground-floor studio with a 30 m² terrace, available all year for a maximum of two people, and a duplex with two terraces, accessible from May to October for up to three people. Both accommodations offer plenty of charm and a beautiful view of the river. From the terrace, you can admire the river below and enjoy the peace and quiet. Lanas is a charming Ardèche village overlooking the Ardèche river, with a historic district right opposite the house. The village square, shaded by plane trees, is very pleasant and lively in summer with its two restaurants. You can also go canoeing thanks to various rental options nearby, especially in Vogüé and St Maurice d’Ardèche.
The apartment features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Adorable petit appartement avec terrasse. Très calme très bon confort et Pascale super hôte à l’écoute du moindre désir. Bonne literie et tout le nécessaire cuisine et salle de bain à disposition. Nous avons passé 4 superbes journées dans ce beau village de Lanas. À recommander
