RED The apartment is located in the farmhouse "Poggio alla Cavalla" in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) in the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo.

RED The apartment is located inside the property where there is a garden, a swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace and a private parking space.

RED The apartment is on the ground floor, with independent entrance, (1 double bedroom + single bed). It is equipped with: heating, air conditioning, TV, free wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and private equipped garden and outdoor barbecue.

The interior of the apartment consists of:
- Living area with 4-burner induction hob, sink, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kitchen wall units with service (6 people), plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils for cooking, tea towels and tablecloths, table, chairs .
- The bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed (with sheets and blankets) equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers and chest of drawers.
- The bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towels for all guests.

- The apartment is equipped with clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
The agriturismo offers its guests a washing machine.

The apartment has a shared garden and private veranda with 3-seater sofa, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.

A parking space in the private square of the farmhouse is also available to guests.

THE SWIMMING POOL reserved for customers only (12 x 6 m - open from 25.04.

Shops - Within a radius of 2-3 km there are supermarkets and shops, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, a doctor, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, etc. etc.

Thanks to the agriturismo's privileged geographical position, it is possible to make day trips to the tourist, cultural and artistic centers of Tuscany: Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona and the sandy beaches of Versilia.

ADDITIONAL COSTS TO PAY IF REQUIRED:

The price is for 2 people, for each additional person there is a supplement of € 10.00 per day, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people.

Final cleaning: €60.00 (mandatory)
Air conditioning (€4.00 per day if used).
Heating (€ 5.00 per day if used).
Pets: €10 per day (access upon request)
Cradle: €20.00 (only on request)
Tourist tax: €1 per person per night to be paid upon arrival.
