ORANGE - The apartment is located in the Agriturismo "Poggio alla Cavalla" located in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) in the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo.

ORANGE - The apartment is surrounded by a garden, where the swimming pool is located, with a large panoramic terrace and private parking.

ORANGE – the apartment is on the ground floor, with independent entrance, (1 bedroom with double bed + single bed or baby bed on request and double sofa bed).
Equipped with: heating, air conditioning, TV, Free-Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and private equipped garden and barbecue outside.

The interior of the Orange apartment is composed of:
- Kitchen area with 4-burner gas cooker, sink, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kitchen wall units with service (6 people), plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils for cooking, tea towels and tablecloths.
- A living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (with sheets and blankets), table, chairs, TV.
- The bedroom with double bed (with sheets and blankets) to which a single bed can be added (only on request), furnished with typical Tuscan and modern decorative elements.
- The bathroom is comfortable and functional with a shower box, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towels for all guests.

The apartment is equipped with clothesline, iron and ironing board.
The agriturismo offers guests a washing machine.

The apartment has a shared garden and also a private area equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.
A parking space in the private square of the farmhouse is also available to guests.

THE SWIMMING POOL is reserved for customers only (12x6 m - open from 25.04 to 06.10) with its panoramic TERRACE that extends around the pool and is equipped with a shower and deck chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and tables.

Shops - Within a radius of 2-3 km there are supermarkets and shops, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, a doctor, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, etc. etc.

Given the privileged geographical position of the farm, it is possible to undertake day trips to visit the tourist, cultural and art centers of Tuscany: Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona and the beach sand from Versilia.

INFORMATION ON THE COSTS OF THE EXTRAS:

Its cost is for 2 people, a supplement of € 10.00 per day for each additional person. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 4/5 adults.

Final cleaning: €60.00 (mandatory)
Air conditioning (€7.00 per day if used).
Heating (€ 5.00 per day if used).
Pets: €10 per day (admitted on request)
Bed for a child or baby: €20.00 (on request only)
Tourist tax: €1 per person per night is payable on arrival.
