Located on Lammermoor Beach you're only a stone's throw from one of Yeppoon's best beaches. Sit on the balcony & soak up the fresh sea breeze whilst enjoying a well deserved drink or two.
If an active holiday is more your style, just a short drive North will have you at the heart of Yeppoon with all that our beautiful town has to offer. A short drive South and you will be at Rosslyn Bay Harbour, the Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, and the Keppel Isles where you can do as much, or as little as your heart desires.

Slight Concerns Fantastic Atmosphere
Our stay was Sunday and Monday nights.
Overall was good for the unfortunate weather. Beautiful house, great location, everyone fit comfortably. LOVED the lounge
Was a little disappointed that the beds werent as listed. There was supposed to be 3 Queens, a King and 1 Single bed, quickly found there was only 2 Queens, a King and 2 Singles (unfortunately one of our couples had to sleep apart)
We had bought and planned to make a
breakfast on our main day (Monday) of our holiday, this was until our power went out about 8am. As a result, we've had to go and purchase breakfast again for our guests. Though we understand power outages can happen, we checked and found this was a planned outage which we weren't notified of. Being provided basic amenities is paramount especially whilst paying for a service such as this. Power was out for 5 hours, it was a rainy weekend, what else are we to do. We did message the host regarding this issue, which we hope can come to some sort of fair resolution.
Regardless, we enjoyed our time, so did our guests, we will 100% stay again at some point, weather and power permitting. Beautiful home.

Great location
The property suited us in that we were three families with two young children. The staff at Harcourts were exceptional. When a problem came up, they were there to solve it very quickly. The house needs some serious TLC with the cushions on the front porch cleaned and the back screen door fixed. The barbecue is great but the kitchen stove is marginal. There was a great supply of essentials such as oil, salt, sugar etc. The house would be greatly improved by having an indoor table to sit at and furniture in the backyard to avoid the 24/7 road noise out front. Great potential.

view was beautiful and the house was so close to the beach. Property is well kept but needs a little maintenance (paint patches one the wall etc). Maybe a small dining table inside would have been good as the verandah was a bit windy for dinner at night. That aside they had every thing for a lovely short stay. The tea, coffee milk and sugar, dish liquid etc were a great touch. Rental agents where very helpful
