Très bien.

Le logement est agréable et propre. Conforme au descriptif. La situation, sur Basse terre est pour nous idéale. La terrasse (qui est en fait le lieu de vie) est très agréable aussi. L'hôte, Sylvain, est charmant et disponible. Un petit regret : la piscine est un peu loin de la terrasse, dommage. Sylvain a oublié dans le descriptif la cafetière Dolce gusto ! Ce qui pour moi n'est pas rien, mais l'important est qu'elle était là. On reviendra probablement.

Une semaine parfaite à Lamentin.

Mes 2 amies et moi avons passé un tres agréable séjour dans la maison de Sylvain. Celle ci est tres bien située dans la campagne, au calme. C'est un bon point de départ pour découvrir Basse terre et profiter de la plage mais aussi des randonnées vers les cascades et la Soufrière. Sylvain et sa compagne sont tres discrets mais presents si nous avons besoin de quoi que ce soit. La piscine est belle mais nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de temps pour en profiter.... La maison est tres propre et tres bien équipée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci Sylvain pour ce bon séjour...trop court!

Si vous venez en Guadeloupe, c’est le logement à louer ! Calme , un bout de verdure vibrant, des hôtes très très discrets et d une grande gentillesse, serviabilité et réactivité ! La maison est accueillante , fonctionnelle, propre, équipe, bref un séjour de travail de quelques semaines enrichi par un lieu avec une si très belle énergie.. favorisant un sommeil récupérateur…pour couronner le tout .. la piscine est une vraie valeur ajoutée à cette maison et pour des vacances incroyables sur l’île ,,.Merci Sylvain et son épouse nous vous souhaitons vraiment le meilleur ! Très bon accueil de la part de Sylvain et son épouse, très discrets mais très serviables. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour le petit déjeuner du premier matin. Le logement est très agréable, bien situé dans un endroit très calme et d'où il est très facile d'atteindre assez rapidement n'importe quel endroit de l'ile. La piscine dont Sylvain trouve l'eau trop fraiche à son gout à cette saison est très agréable. En résumè, mon épouse et moi-même avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci encore à nos hôtes. Location idéale pour être au calme et dans la nature. Dépaysement assuré.

Habitation très bien entretenue et reposante. La piscine est un plus très appréciable à la Guadeloupe. Voiture indispensable. Parking sécurisé dans la propriété. La chambre principale avec sa salle d'eau est très pratique. L'équipement de la maison est correct pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un petit bémol sur la literie de la chambre principale et de la troisième chambre double. Elle mériterait d'être remplacée (ce qui devrait être fait aux dires du propriétaire). La climatisation dans les chambres est un plus indispensable. Les petits déjeuners et les repas sur la terrasse sont un régal pour les yeux. Nous reviendrons volontiers en ce lieux

Nous étions 4 adultes et avons passé 3 semaines en GUADELOUPE. Pour 2 d'entre nous c'était notre 4 ème séjour et la 1ère fois sur BASSE TERRE. La location est conforme à l'annonce et les espaces mis à disposition sont assez grands ... la piscine et le jardin étaient un plus et très bien entretenus par le propriétaire .L'accueil du propriétaire est très sympathique et il est à notre écoute. La location et bien située, assez facile à trouver et pratique pour visiter BASE TERRE comme GRANDE TERRE. Le seul petit bémol mais vraiment c'est juste pour que cette location soit encore plus confortable... il faudrait prévoir un matelas plus épais pour la chambre disposant d'un placard et éventuellement mettre à disposition des sièges de plage (moyennant caution) pour plus de confort à la plage car la serviette passé la soixantaine c'est un peu dur. Si nous devrions revenir à 4 ou 6 personnes c'est sans hésitation que je choisirais à nouveau cette location. MERCI à Monsieur AMANCIN pour son accueil et son professionnalisme ... L’appart est spacieux, belle terrasse, bonne clim dans les chambres. Nous avions choisi cet appart pour les 2 sdb et 2 chambres. Seul problème l’eau chaude irrégulière et les moustiques nombreux dans le canapé.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille chez Mr et Mme Amacin. Leur hébergement est parfait. Deux chambres assez grandes, un grand salon, une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, un jardin apaisant et une piscine à tomber ;) Ils ont été très discrets durant tout Notre séjour et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous durant deux semaines.
