Beautiful, spacious apartment at the gates of the Hanseatic city of Rostock

Our apartment with a total area of 130 square meters has on the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A comfortable couch set on the upper floor invites you to linger. Another bedroom on the upper floor has four single beds.
Parking is available on our yard.
A barbecue area with associated garden furniture is of course available for you.

Very Quiet Location

This was a country setting but yet near to the town of Rostock and the highway for investigating the beautiful area. We enjoyed the apartment and it was exactly as advertised. They were no hidden surprises. It was easy to find with the aid of my GPS. The kitchen was equiped with all our food prep items. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishware. We do all our evening meals at the apartment. The grocery market was near by. We passed it driving in each evening. Our Host was very nice and gave us a jar of her special Honey that she bottles from her own hives. A very nice treat for us. We had a great stay and we would stay here again.

Wir hstten die Wohnung (Haushälfte) mit 6 Personen über Silvester gebucht und waren sehr positiv überrascht.Der Küchenbereich war mit Geschirr, Besteck, einigen Gewürzen, Kaffee, Tee, usw. ausgestattet.Alle Betten waren bezogen und selbst im Bad war das ein oder andere vorhanden, was nicht immer der Fall ist.Wir wurden ein Tsg vor Anreise kontaltiert und gefragt, ob wir spezielle Wünsche hätten und am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt.Wir empfehlen den Gastgeber mit dieser Fetienwohnung gerne weiter!

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines, zweistöckiges, idyllisches Anbauhäuschen in Lamprechtshausen (sehr Nahe bei Rostock).Im Untergeschoß befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Zustellbett, im oberen Stock ein großes Schlafzimmer unter Dach mit 4 Einzelbetten.Bettwäsche war vorhanden.Direkt vor dem Häuschen konnten wir parken.Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten mehr als genug Platz! Vor allem gab es viele Divans zum Ausruhen.Am Küchentisch konntrn wir alle 6 gemeinsam essen, allerdings hätten sich nicht mehrere hinsetzen können. Dafür gab es einen zweiten Tisch im Wohnbereich.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (sogar Trockentücher, eine Kaffeemaschine deLonghi, Wasserkocher usw. gab es) und alles war sauber.Im Badezimmer gab es einen Fön, genügend Seife und Putzmittel. Die Handtücher hatten wir selbst mit. Sehr schade, dass es nur ein Badezimmer gab. Bei 6 Personen dauert dann die Morgen- und Abendwaschroutine länger.In der Abstellkammer war sogar alles zum Wäsche aufhängen und Bügeln bzw. zum Grillen.Ein paar Spinnen und Käferchen haben wir achon angetroffen, die haben uns aber nicht gestört.Für unsere Ausflüge haben wir immer das Auto genommen.Es ist ein sehr liebevoll ausgestattetes Häuschen, wo wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank

Viel Platz zum Ausbreiten und Relaxen!

Genügend Platz für jeden in unserer 4 köpfigen Familie, es wurde an alles gedacht, auch einige Verbrauchsgüter - drinnen und draußen - sehr ruhig aufm Land und doch direkt neben Strand und Stadt. Guter Ausgangsort für viele Aktivitäten, Auto ist nötig. Wir hatten erholsame 2 Wochen, Kinder freundlich- danke für die frischen Eier :-) !

Schöne Ostseeferien - mit Auto alles gut erreichbar

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in der familienfreundlich ausgestatteten Haushälfte. Wie immer waren unsere Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend. Unsere jüngeren Kinder spielten im Innenhof gerne mit dem Hund.

Perfekt mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die ganze Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Treppen nach oben waren für unseren 80jährigen Opa erwas erschwerlich. In dem oberen Schlafraum haben die Betten beim umdrehn ganz schön geknarrt was sehr laut war. Der Schlafraum lässt sich auch nicht ganz abdunkeln was ein bisschen Kreativität erfordert (es fehlen an 2 Fenstern Gardinen/Vorhänge und gegenüber sind diesezu kurz für das Fenster) Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön

Große Wohnung mit allem was man so benötigt.

Geräumige Wohnung mit genügend Möglichkeiten sich auch etwas zurückzuziehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es sind Spiele und reichlich Bücher vorhanden.

Viel Platz, ruhige Lage

Das Haus bietet viel Platz auf den beiden Etagen und ist mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine für Familien gut ausgestattet. Wir haben leider nicht gut geschlafen, weil die Holzbetten im OG bei der kleinsten Bewegung quietschen und die Schaumstoff-Matratze zu dünn für den harten Rollrost ist. Das 140er Bett im EG mit einer Matratze muss man mögen oder ein Partner weicht aufs Beistellbettchen aus. Verdunklung wenig erfolgreich, im OG teils keine Rollos vorhanden und im EG zu klein für Fensterfläche.

Gepflegt, großzügig und unkompliziert

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber im Umkreis von 15 Autominuten gibt es Ausflugsziele für jedes Alter. Mit 7 Personen haben wir das Haus voll belegt. Alle hatten Platz im großen Wohnzimmer im OG und im Esszimmer im EG. Alles sehr gepflegt, freundlich und unkompliziert.

Schöne Gegend, tolle Unterkunft. Gerne wieder

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern und sind sehr zufrieden. Der Schlüssel war in einem Safe hinterlegt. Man kann auf den Hof parken. Auch mit mehreren Autos. Die Unterkunft selber ist gut eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Platz ist genug vorhanden.
