Really fabulous room with all the comforts we needed. One issue with a light was remedied within minutes of our request. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was lovely. Air conditioning work well and was super quiet.
A true oasis in the desert. Beautiful luxurious tents and idyllic quiet setting. Very friendly service. No WiFi across the site except in the relaxation room, which we actually loved to truly unwind and switch off.
If you're driving yourself to the camp, I'd recommend a car that can handle driving off road.

Disliked: Staff & service
First of all, the property is absolutely stunning. The views are gorgeous and the common areas are picturesque. The problem that I had was that I booked a Prestige tent with a hydromassage tub but they messaged me a week earlier to tell me that they downgraded me due to some problem with their system where they overbooked their prestige tents. They offered me a deluxe tent with free dinner instead. I looked on Expedia and their website and it said that their deluxe tents had a separate tub and shower with a rainfall showerhead, so I agreed. When I arrived, the shower was tiny with a spigot as a showerhead. It also was high up and my friend and I are about 5'4" and was too short to shower under the water unless we were all the way in the corner of the shower with our face against the wall. The water in the shower and sink are also extremely slow to drain. I addressed this issue to the nice girl at the front desk, and she called her manager or coworker who was the one that emailed me about the switch earlier. On the phone, she told me that their deluxe tents do not have separate tubs and showers and did not know why it said that online. (the tents also did not have safes or minibars that were also mentioned) I asked if i could have a partial refund since I paid extra for the prestige tent with jacuzzi, but she said I already agreed to the dinner and did not understand why I deserved anything else because "the shower works."
Amazing tented camp in the middle of nowhere (although road from Agadir direction was very challenging 7km off road). Tents were big and very comfortable, staff were really helpful, restaurant very good (but no alcohol), fantastic pool. Camp arranged quad biking which was expensive but a brilliant experience. One night here perfect, but wouldn’t recommend staying any longer as nothing to do and very hot in August, although the unexpected air con in the tents was a huge relief. Fab place for one night.
I really wanted to love this place. We were here with another couple and were a bit disappointed. I'll start with the positives. We were warmly greeted with a welcome drink. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. The pool is really nice and the rooms are super funky, clean and comfortable. They also organized a really fun camel ride in the desert which was a highlight of our trip. Now for the negatives. The bugs are terrible. Not their fault but they have done nothing to mitigate it and provide no bug spray. We got eaten alive! Luckily I had a tiny bit of bug spray we used. They could set up lamps, bug repellers, etc... We were at dinner and getting completely bombarded by mosquitos. The food was really really bad. We ordered a few salads that were inedible. You are also not allowed to bring any alcohol even your own to dinner. This is fine and we respect the culture but I think it needs to be more clear on the website. Some of the staff acted like it was a major inconvenience when we asked for things despite being the only people besides one other guest there. It was very quiet despite a rowdy promo video so don't expect a party like the solo traveler who was also staying there expected only to find out he was the only one there. I think with a few improvements this place would be great. The bugs and the food left a bad taste in our mouth.
