Kick up your feet at Turkeyfoot Retreat! Newer hot tub, outdoor TV, firepit, flat top grill and a sizeable back yard with lawn games make this the perfect summer getaway. The place comes fully stocked with tableware to serve up to 7. Enjoy listening to some music on the vinyl record player while you cook!

Looking to take a break from cooking? Three bars/restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away on this golf cart-friendly peninsula. Are you a boater? Our dock is just 0.4 miles (an 8 min walk) away. Directions to the dock will be provided upon your request. There is plenty of room on the property to store your lake toys as well.

Enjoy the benefits of being in the water without the hefty price tag that comes with staying directly on the water. Drive your boat (or rental) to the dock, launch once and keep docked when not in use. Keep your car parked there or drive back to the house and walk (or perhaps ride a golf cart) back and forth to the dock throughout your stay.

The home sits on 2/3 of an acre with a game room (converted from a garage) equipped with a pool table, dart board and bar height table and chairs. Open the garage door to enjoy the lake breeze and sunset!

The inside is cozy with a ventless gas fireplace (operational from Oct-April) and an open concept kitchen/dining/living area.

The projector and sound bar make for a unique viewing experience.

The back covered and screened porch has a 6 person hot tub, TV and ceiling fan.

Bar and restaurant with excellent food options, a swim-up bar and live music! They have karaoke, game day events and more. Check out their FB page and website for up-to-date info and winter hours.

Cash only (ATM inside) bar and grill with live music. There is also an “Ice Cream Caboose” next door (closed in the winter).

Our absolutely favorite place to unwind — get tapas or a small plate paired with a wine flight, mulled wine, or try their chocolate martini! Relax by the cozy fire, sit outside overlooking the beautiful scenery, or practice your swing at the attached Classic Swing Golf Range (yes, golf range!). Open Thursday through Saturday.

BROWN BEAN
A quaint coffee shop that also serves freshly baked items and a hot breakfast. They have only been open since August 2022 so be sure to stop by because, yanno, we love local small businesses! Only open mornings and early afternoon. Check out their FB page for up-to-date info.

Spend the day skiing and snow tubing, having some drinks and food at the onsite restaurant, then come home to unwind in the hot tub or cozy up to the fireplace while you watch a movie on the projector. We really enjoyed staying at this place very well stocked in the kitchen with lots of goodies. I've been at a lot of vrbo's this place was very organized with labels on cabinets so we didn't have to search for things when needed. My favorite spot was the screened in porch spent most of our time there, it was also close to the lake for us to get our pontoon we rented. Would definitely stay here next coming to the lake.

From relaxing in the hot tub at the start & end of the day to the close proximity to several restaurants this house was the perfect get-a-way. Everything was clean and well organized. Not far from local attractions and found some great places for fishing.

This property was so nice and they provide so much information that if you can read you know what all is going on at indian lake. We had an amazing stay. I never did find the boat dock so I am not sure it is on the property. It was an amazing little house. Hot tub was amazing and the furniture was all very comfortable. You can walk to many establishments in the area and off season is super quiet!

My wife and I were so pleased with our stay. The place was super clean and well put together. It was very fun to be able to watch tv in the hot tub at the end of the day. They went above and beyond to help make our anniversary vacation great. They really have everything you need in the bedrooms, bathroom, outdoors, and kitchen. The only minor suggestion would be to maybe get a toaster for the kitchen. But that is so minor since they had so much that I wouldn’t expect them to have! We would happily stay here again. 10/10 experience.

My friends and I decided to stay over a long weekend to celebrate 2 of our birthdays. The house was the perfect size for 2 individuals and 2 couples. Even with six adults, we could’ve fit another adult on a trundle and still would’ve felt comfortable. The backyard was massive, and the host had an assortment of yard games which was a lot of fun!The house was a short walk away to neat spots like Froggys & Tilton Hilton (we didn’t have a chance to check out Achesons Resort, but that’s also walkable). In the mornings, we loved how close the unit was to the Brown Bean, which had the best cappuccino I’ve ever had. The host was amazing, and had every cabinet labeled and multiple sheets with additional details and recommendations. The host also left us plenty of snacks, drinks, & coffee which was very sweet. There were plenty of pots and pans, and an extendable table that could fit 8. While our weekend was pretty rainy, the hot tub on the covered porch and projector inside was great while waiting for the rain to stop. Our host even sent us a message, warning us of severe weather and letting us know of a local storm shelter down the street. Overall, we all collectively had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!
