GREAT PLACE WITH REALLY BAD SERVICE FROM VACASA

I AM SORRY FOR THE OWNERS OF THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO. WE LOVED THE PLACE, ENOJOYED THE STAY AND ALL. BUT THE CLEANING CREW MADE IT LOOK REALLY BAD. THE MAIN BED OF THE PRIMARY BEDROOM WAS DIRTY, HAIRS, DIRT AND STAINS. THE MAIN SHOWER WS DIRTY AND DRAIN CLOGGED WITH HAIR. SHOWER DID NOT HAVE BODY SOAP AND THE FIREPLACE WAS USED AND DIRTY, WE HAD TO COMPLETELY CLEAN IT TO START USING IT, BUT THE BAD PART OF IT IS THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE MANAGER, THAT PROMISED TO TAKE CARE OF US AND DID NOT, AND THEN HE JUST INGNORED THE TEXT MESSAGES WHEN HE PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME SOON. WE LOVED THE PLACE, WE HATED VACASA

Perfect Winter Getaway

Our family loved our stay in Lakewood. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 - including bonuses we didn't realize from the listing like a collapsible crib and a play area with toys and books our 3 year old loved! Spacious, very comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed! We're looking forward to visiting again!

Winter Condo Trip with Friends

We specifically booked this condo because it was pet friendly. I did notice the pets allowed was removed from the listing. The condo is kept very clean & tidy. We were not able to stay very warm as the heater maxed out around 70. Also the on site owner man with the golden retriever is a bully walking around picking on guests every day! I was not aware that he was the police. We rented 3 cabins & my friends had other cabins too. That guy needs to back off!
