Well appointed, elegant studio. Very comfortable double bed, separate kitchen opposite studio. It has an airfryer, induction cooktop, microwave and fridge. Separate/detached bathroom. Large garden and dogs welcome. The garden is gated. The studio is at the back of the house, completely separate and private. There is enough room to park a boat and there is off road parking. The studio is within walking distance to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. The location is ideal and a short drive to Metung spa and country club and other wineries. Unbeatable location and in a quiet area.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room and bathroom were not clean, cobwebs throughout the room and in the bedding, spiders & cockroaches in the room (dead & alive), ants in the kitchen and a used band aid in the bathroom. The mattress was oddly lumpy and the gate entrance to the property was not secure which was not great as we were traveling with our dog (we were told the backyard was secure for pets). I definitely do not recommend this property and am disappointed we paid good money for this.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We had to buy insect spray to kill all the spiders. I then had to clean and wipe surfaces. There were so many cobwebs that i had to clean. The items in the kitchen cupboard were unusable. Things on bottom shelf fill off cobwebs and spiders. Floors were un swept. There wasn't a broom . Twice we were invadered with ants. Outdoor furniture unusable. Old caravan outside unit was a eyesore. The peanuts left on the din I ng table looked 100 years old.. we had so much for dreadful facilities.
