1.5 miles to SUN N FUN- Newly renovated spacious home in South Lakeland. Close to I-4 and about 45 minutes to Clearwater Beach located central with Disney World not far. Near many local bars/restaurants, live music, “The Joinery” (Local food hall) “The Yard on Mass” (beer garden with lawn activities & food trucks). Downtown lakeland is a great area too! Close to Publix and Walmart. Contact me for any recommendations.

Hi Roy, 1. I went to spectrum cable and got a new box and router on my vacation. 2. The cable was on a root alongside garage and when tenant ran over the ground it was cut. 3. They came and replaced wire and put a top plate on it. 4. Not sure who you use to clean and maintain house but from one rental owner to another. -Oven hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Tried to make a pizza and smoked billowed out. - grill works when it feels like it. - brought hot tub water to pinch a penny. Needs chemicals and cleaning, not recommended for use. - I don’t think it’s fair to tell renters pools not heated after they pay and non refundable. - tv remotes are all over the place only one worked for us. - it’s absurd not to mention another Tennant lives on premises to after one pays. I would have passed. Had no interest in seeing some guy in my window at 9am blowing leaves off the screened in porch!!! - add fish or shut it down. Very noisy and annoying. To see nothing. Honestly, I feel at least a 50% if not 100% refund is gesture of good faith in this situation. I sent this as a text message and not through VRBO out of respect. This was not the same house as advertised. Thank you Rich Zangara

A nice relaxing stay

We had a nice visit and took advantage of the hot tub and pool table. It was little cold out for swimming pool but the ambiance was lovely.

Beautiful home! Great getaway!

The owner was very attentive and responsive. We enjoyed our stay. The outside area is gorgeous and we spent a majority of our time there by the pool and hot tub. A little road noise at times but the sounds of the outdoor waterfall took care of that. Inside of house very clean and secure. Location great to area attractions about 30-60 minutes each way direction depending on traffic to the gulf coast beaches, Busch Gardens, Disney, Universal Studios. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Local grocery stores close for a great steak cooked at the home in the beautiful outdoor kitchen. Comfy mattresses! We would book again. :)
