Is Simple, Safe, Comfortable and Cheap Rooms for Vacationers

We are located 3 blocks from the "gold line" bus stop and a 4 block walk to Lakeland Regional Medical Hospital. We offer 5 private bedrooms with TV, refrigerator, free security monitored parking and wifi. Located minutes from highways I-4 and 570. There are two separate half baths and two separate shower rooms, a conference room, lobby and dinette area. Due to COVID breakfast is now self-serve. Our bedrooms are single beds for single guest but we have a group room available for a small family or 2 to 4 guests. We do not offer high priced elegance but simple, safe, clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable rate.
Parking is the grassy empty lot directly to the right of the building that is security monitored.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Refrigerators are also available.
