The hosts were responsive and took care of our needs promptly. Great home and great views. The town was quaint and very welcoming. Close to Mount Shasta where we went for snowboarding and ice skating.

Plenty of space, good to be able go down to the water, and a plus having a hot tub. The house could use a deep clean (especially air vents) and pool table is in very rough shape.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean. And lots of room to spread out with each bedroom far apart and multiple sitting areas and tons of deck space. There's basically only one house even visible from the place. Very private and beautiful views of the lake. Great location for a Bay/Oregon family meetup. Looking forward to going back sometime down the road!

Literally would give 5 stars based solely on the pots and pans in the kitchen and how well stocked it was with essentials! We’ve all stayed at that one place that left you a 2 ounce bottle of dish soap and two rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay? Not here.Add to that the home was gorgeous as was the. Ire!!

Decktastic

The location and serene beauty of this home was JUST what my family needed to unwind and relax. The deck was the best ever. We loved being able to just walk down and float right by the house. The paddle boards and game room were a huge plus as well. Serene, peaceful, and private. Enjoyed all the wildlife too! We had a great time!

The home was clean. Plenty of room for our family and had guest over for a nice BBQ on the back porch over looking the lake. Only problems we had was we just wanted to stay longer.

Fantastic House and Location for Family Gathering

The house was perfect for our family gathering over Labor Day weekend. There are plenty of separate areas to give everyone space to spread out and not feel so "comfy". The downstairs with pool table and shuffle board provided hours of entertainment. Poker night around the large dining table was a big hit. The kitchen is well stocked and the outside grill was invaluable for preparing home cooked meals. The humongous outside deck with fireplace was the perfect area to relax in the evenings and make smores for the kids. And the view of the lake is outstanding. The house is super close to Sugarloaf marina where we were able put in our kayaks and ski boat. Loved this house and location. Thank you Khamsy for sharing your beautiful home.

Wonderful experience

Beautiful house right on the water. Very spacious with all amenities you need. We brought our boat and was able to get a slip at the marina next door. It was great not having to pull the boat out everyday and still be in walking distance from the house. Very nice for our group of 9.

Probably the best house to rent on Lake Shasta

This was the perfect home for our 3 families with kids and a dog! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pans and a set of sharp knives. The house was very clean, and the kayak and paddle board were great with the cove right there. We found the master bathroom was clogged on arrival when someone tried showering. But clogs are not uncommon with septic systems. And Khamsy was very quick to respond and had her maintenance person there the next morning. Bonus: he had to leave for supplies and when he returned, he brought fishing lures for one of the kids who said he likes fishing!
