Overall nice stay. The kitchen was nice, the place had a lot of sleeping beds. The ping pong table was not functional and the house had an odor of cigarettes, not sure if previous owners or renters smoked inside.

We were a small high school in need of a property for a leadership retreat and this one was a great, budget friendly option for our group of 16. All of our students had a great time and enjoyed the lake access and the game room. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The check in and check out process were simple and the property manager Francesca was very prompt and helpful in replying to all our questions. Thanks for a great stay!
