Private, quiet one bedroom apartment with black out curtains quiet sanctuary surrounded by birds, flowers, and fruit trees. Get away from the daily grind, come relax, recharge, and get lost in nature. It is a mother in law suite with no access to the main house. Own private gated yard and screened in patio for relaxation. A charcoal grill, patio, lawn and lounge chairs are available for your use.
This apartment has it own assigned parking, full kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom has a queen bed plus a single pull out sofa sleeper. Ceiling fan with dimmer and mood light, Internet and 200 cable channels available.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, 4 burner stove with large oven. Coffee maker with single serving and drip pot. A full compliment of kitchen utensils, china and cutlery round out the amenities. Makes this an awesome chill spot.

Let me first say that Sherryl was great, very responsive and helpful. That's where the good part ends. I don't know if no one has used this place in awhile because there haven't been any reviews in a year but I found it very rundown and not the cleanest. In addition, the bathroom floor is a tripping hazard, and the noise from whoever lives in the attached house came right through the door that separates the bedroom from the house, I couldn't even sleep in the bed, I had to use the couch in the "living room."
