Resort is beautiful - we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. The restaurant was nice and food was very good. We had an issue with the fridge, but staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would definately stay again!
Everything was amazing. Except the cable.... poor list of channels, no TV good and, NO HD available. That was the only bad part. Everything else was great and I still highly recommend to stay here. Huge rooms with high end finishes for the price. Staff was super helpful at check in.
I stayed three (3) nights at the Copper Point Resort and it was a lovely place. The staff, in particular, were so helpful and friendly. When we arrived we had a room with a 'view' of the parking lot. I asked if we could change rooms in order to see the mountain and Morgan was so helpful, making that happen with no fuss. Later in my stay, I had to print a document and while the resort doesn't have a business facility, Emily was so helpful and ensured I was able to print my document. The team was professional, friendly and so very helpful. The room was very pleasant, with a lovely view over the golf course to the mountains. While the outdoor pool was closed to allow for servicing, the indoor poo was fantastic. With all the windows and sliding patio doors, it was as if it were outdoors in any case. The pool area and changing rooms were very well maintained and clean. All in all, it was a very good experience and I would certainly recommend it to friends.
We had such a wonderful time. Great food, lovely rooms and amazing pools. We can’t wait to return! A romantic and fun time. The staff are very friendly, the rooms were very clean. One of our favourite times was spent eating breakfast on the balcony. I personally loved the outdoor pool.
The resort is perfect for family with a kids. Two nice pools / inside and outside/ three hot tubs , playgrounds ,etc. Pools are heated . Kids were so happy and even during the rain stayed in the pool. Location is as good as it can get. Nice , quiet with a beautiful mountain view. From my front yard to hotel 235 km , so its about 3 hours scenic drive. Kids love this place and keep asking me when we come back to this place. I am really glad that we found this nice resort not far from Calgary. Recommend this place for everyone and its in middle range price for luxury stay.
This was an awesome experience. Your resort is the best I have ever stay at. The quality of the service combined with the price i paid made it a trip to remember. I have been to your resort 2 times In a week and plan on joking you guys again very soon!!! Keep up the good work.
Great place to stay after skiing in Banff, stopping over before going home to N. Idaho. Nice rooms, on site food and bar (both good) and several hot tubs.Attractively priced vs. other properties on area.
Highly recommend - we'll be back for sure! Gorgeous setting, beautiful room, great staff! Having a private balcony was a real treat. The hotel and grounds are outstanding and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
First time at this resort. Check in staff very helpful. The room was average, but good at the rate we had. The deck glass needed cleaning and attention. We were at the resort to attend a small wedding, for which the resort provided a great buffet. The Element restaurant has a beautiful view, but avoid the breakfast buffet. Presentation was average, selection average, but the omelette, sausage and bacon were all tasteless. Mentioned this when we checked out, and the front desk staff said they would email my receipt and comment form. No form ever sent.
The resort and staff were fabulous. The beds however were awful. No sleep at all in our room. Also, the walls are thin, could hear the folks in the room next door snoring all night. Pool and golf were great!
