We had dinner at the restaurant and the food and atmosphere were great. My only disappointment was that our waitress did not check on us after we received our meal. I waited 30 mins. to tell her that my steak was rare and I couldn't eat it (I had ordered it medium) When the mistake was realized, they went over and above anything I've ever seen. The Chef came out with a completely new meal done just right. I told them they could have just thrown it on the grill again for a few mins. but they insisted that they want to maintain a high standard. Thank you!
The hotel is beautiful with amazing service. Felt like we were pampered at a reasonable price. The decor is very updated. Got a laugh out of the tv built into the television. The bedding and bed were so comfy.
Great property to stay at for either a family or couple. The two of us went to golf at Copper Point and stayed at the resort, 2 min drive to golf course. Both the Ridge and Point courses are inviting. Pool was crowded and thus likely hard to find a seat if you arrive after 1 pm weekends (we golfed sat and sun mid am so got back at 2 pm and didn't get a seat ). Suggest they should add more seating and they do have more opportunity in an overflow area. Rooms, at least the 1bdm suite we rented, is very nice. We bqqd at night (2x) and ate breakfast each am, good way to save some $$$. Ate at elements the resort restaurant a couple of times too, was ok, not great just ok. We will go back.
This is a beautiful resort with gorgeous views. The staff is friendly and willing to make your stay pleasant. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained and provide a welcoming feeling as you come up to the front. We will definitely return!
Beautiful suites. The one bedroom we stayed in was very nice. The robes they provide were soft and cozy .We had a beautiful view of the golf course. Excellent meals at their restaurant on the patio. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Would love to go back.
The resort was just amazing. Our 2 room suite was roomy and clean. The pool and hot tub were great too. We really enjoyed our stay! wish we could have stayed longer. We ate at Elements , very good food and friendly staff. Thank you!
Nice layout and rooms with good amenities. Spa will be tried on next visit. Signage for exit could be improved especially for night check in. Parking was at a premium as very busy and few stalls. Web site very easy to use.
A great hotel with lots of amenities. The set up of the suites is ideal for a vacation stay. All the staff from the front desk, pool cabana to the house keeping staff were very friendly. There was some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms. I did call and ask if housekeeping could come and clean the mould out of my shower. They came right away. Housekeeping standards need to be reviewed. The kitchen needs a good scrub down as well. All in all a good stay.
Loved the resort, kids had a blast. A little bump at check in (room wasn't ready). Restaurant service was very slow. On check out I noticed that I was charged for an extra day of a roll out bed. Its only been a few days but the charge has not been returned to my credit card.
This property was probably awesome at some point, but it lacks maintenance and renovation. It has good facilities and would probably suit families more than couples. But it tired, the staff and disinterested, the furniture is chipped and in poor quality and what did it for us in the end was that the bedsheets were dirty - not washed properly. We decided to only stay one night. Sad to see what was obviously once a great property now deteriorating. You might also check some of the other traveler pictures to see what we mean. We should have done!
