Hi

The resort property is really nice with all the amenities such as pool, tennis courts walking paths, etc. The room was okay. We enjoyed the balcony however the room was quite dark, and the lighting was inadequate. While we did not need cleaning services after the first night, our room was not cleaned the second night either. We requested fresh towels and this was delivered promptly. Over all it was nice.

Paid almost $600 for a night for a subterranean room that overlooked extensive bushes and trees. Absolutely no view. The room was also near a parking lot vent that sounded like a semi parked outside the bedroom window. Could hear the people above us walking. The ceiling is like a tympanic membrane and amplified all the sound. Called to discuss. No night manager. Was told that at 8:00 am the Manager would be in and would contact me. Still waiting.

We had a fantastic stay at Copper Point! Everything about this resort is fantastic. We upgraded to a one bedroom suite, and it was the best decision. Very clean property throughout, comfortable beds, and the staff are exceptional in all areas. Looking forward to returning.

Property was absolutely beautiful. Very well kept. The staff were unbelievably accommodating, polite and welcoming. The restaurant at the resort was amazing. So nice, good food and wonderful servers. Will be back for sure!!
