Room was not clean, furniture was worn and even damaged. Very nice hotel location and structure being run poorly. Below review I tried to rank Cleanliness with 2 stars yet it always defaults to excellent 5 stars?

Had the 2 bedroom suite. Hardwood floors, comfy beds, dishwasher and washer/dryer in suite, full size fridge, nice. Alconies, only downfall was the electric barbecue with no manual, was greasy on the inside. But overall I'll go back there in an instant!

We recently stayed at the Copper Point for a little one on one time away from the kids. We found the hotel to be very nice. All the amenities one might require. It was a little late in the season for golf, but we took a walk around and the course looked very nice. Room was small but adequate. Bed was a little hard for our liking but not the end of the world. Swimming pool and hot tubs were great. The only real grievance we had was the glasses in the room were far from clean. Hard to enjoy some bubbly when there is nothing to use. This included the coffee cups as well. I'm hoping it was an oversight but none the less. We still look forward to returning and enjoy the beautiful area.

good location and great pool / hot tub facilities. close drive to local amenities and downtown and good golf courses nearby. have been back a few times and have never been disappointed in the quality of the hotel or the service.

I came for business, but brought my spouse. We loved our daily walk around the beautiful golf course. Our apartment was fantastic. My husband was able to get up early to do his online work and have coffee without waking me up. We cooked our own meal the first night in the fully equipped kitchen and ate in the hotel restaurant the second night. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful! The only imperfection was the pillows were too big for my liking. The staff delivered another to my room which I appreciated very much! I look forward to coming again!

This property was family friendly, spacious and luxurious. All amenities at your finger tips — suites with full kitchens, bbqs and balconies; indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, restaurant and gym!!

It's well located and has all the little touches to make you feel good away from home. I was there on business but will definitely go back and enjoy fully the place with my family. Did not get to experience the pool or hot tub as it was closed the day I wanted to try it out and had very little time but it looked clean and my colleagues did enjoy same.

Great staff at this hotel, at least for us. Room was extremely small and very uncomfortably so. Hotel is loud at night and there were loud people below us in the late PM. Will not stay there again due to that.

Excellent resort overall. Excellent value for the cost. Great meals at the restaurant. All staff are very helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help out with providing a safety deposit box when requested. My only small issue was that the bed seemed really hard - might be just me though.

I stayed at this resort for 4 nights in September 2017 while working in Invermere. My stay at the resort made me feel more like I was on a holiday. The room was first class. It was clean, nicely decorated and included a bar fridge, microwave and separate sink. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I enjoyed the large walk out balcony that overlooked a portion of the attached golf course. There is a beautiful outdoor pool but I did not use it. I did use the gym adjacent to the pool which had a nice selection of free weights and 4 cardio machines. The lounge located inside the resort was reasonably priced and the food was of good quality. I would definitely recommend this resort based on my experience.
