Full disclosure -- we love this place. We are longtime summer residents (property owners) in the Valley and stay at Copper Point when we visit in the winter. It's absolutely fabulous. The rooms, the location and the amenities are excellent. We love Copper Point and frequently recommend it to friends. We have one and only one complaint, and it's the same complaint we've had for years which, unfortunately, seems to fall on deaf ears. We've finally taken to Trip Advisor out of desperation in an effort to appeal to management to change a ridiculous curfew. The heated pool and two hot tubs are a huge part of the guest experience at Copper Point. They are the perfect end to a perfect day in the Valley, and people and families of all ages take full advantage of this amazing facility. And yet, the pool and hot tubs close at 10 p.m., even on weekends. It's utterly ridiculous. We've yet to hear a credible explanation for this and the otherwise excellent staff at the resort saddled with the task of kicking people out of the water are ill-equipped to share the reasons behind this stupid rule, leaving everyone who enjoys this experience to speculate as to why they have to leave so early. In the absence of a proper explanation, we suspect it's because there are some rooms that overlook the pool and hot tubs, albeit at some distance away. However, in our experience, the vast majority of adults in the water at 10 p.m. are there to talk and visit and socialize. They aren't loud, disruptive party-people, at least not on the nights we've been there. They are talking, meeting new people and enjoying the company of others. And their conversation is low and muted, even lower than the sound of the jets in the tubs. Unfortunately, rather than accept the responsibility of dealing with occasional issues, which is something they do the time in the hospitality industry, Copper Point appears to have chosen to take the easy way out and shut down at 10. It's really too bad because it leaves a bad taste in the mouth of anyone who's stayed there and enjoyed a late-night swim or spa on their last night as the resort. As much as we love this hotel, we leave on Sunday mornings with this one and only complaint, each and every time. Please reconsider this ridiculous curfew. Please have the courage to deal with any problems (which we have never witnessed) on an ad hoc basis and let the majority of your guests enjoy these facilities later into the evening. We look forward to your reply.

We booked for one night only as CPR was the highest rated hotel nearest to Panorama Ski Resort. The arrival experience was quick easy and friendly. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Best of all was the Indian cuisine - really really top drawer (easy for me to say given I’m from London UK). Really really nicely surprised - enjoy authentic Indian food in the mountains!!!!

My husband and I travel to Invermere often and always stay at Copper Point. We always return because they are pet friendly, clean and comfortable. As well the rooms are nicely laid out and they have great wifi. Over all great and we will keep coming back.

The walls are paper thin. Our next door neighbors checked in at 2:55 am and started partying and listening to music. I could hear one of them blowing his nose like he was in our room. We had to call the front desk twice. We came here to snowboard and needed a good nights rest which did not happen. The hotel did not discount my bill for this horrible experience. The hotel and hot tub are beautiful, the bed and bedding is comfy. But that doesn't matter when you get woken up by someone dropping a pin.

Resort is off a road that was very poorly light, entrance from main road could be a lot clearer, In a near empty resort, family rooms should not be close to couple rooms or ceilings should be more soundproof!

Weekend getaway was just what we needed. Rooms are comfortable complete with a view and a balcony. If you’re hungry the restaurant is amazing. Everything we tried was tasty and priced well. If you want a great coffee you must go to the Kicking Horse Cafe incredible. Local sushi restaurant close by is spectacular. (Fubutuki). All pools were open even the outdoor ones. Nothing beats sitting in a hot tub looking up at the stars surrounded by snow hypnotic.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the amenities nice, but we were in a very small lock off with a paper thin door next to a noisy family that kept us awake very late at night. Next time we will ask for a one bedroom.

Winter business trip guarantees a quiet room with lots of space, I don't think its the same in golf season, but it is a very nice and well appointed hotel. Comfortable beds and epic views. Just off the highway with lots of connection to the local recreation scene.

This hotel is very great value and friendly staff too. This was our second stay and once again was a great experience. Beautiful hotel and the suites are so convenient. The pullout couch was really uncomfortable for the kids but everything else was awesome!

Excellent hotel just outside of Invermere and off the highway. Very short drive into Invermere and to the beaches. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We had a standard queen room and it had everything we could need, including fridge, microwave and small kitchen sink. We had a balcony with beautiful mountain view. What we loved most are the indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, it was fantastic. The underground parking was also very handy, especially in winter. We only ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, they offer brunch on weekends and it was very good.
