Overall, good experience. Convenient parking amd easily accessible to everything nearby with plenty of ammenities accessible. Only downside was that halls were loud throughout the night - rooms not fully sound proofed.

The hot tub was so amazing after being stuck in a vehicle all day. It was so nice to sit in a hot tub that was actually hot and had decent jets! The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. Even had treats for my dog! Highly recommend if anyone is ever in the Radium Hot Springs area.

The property is not exactly how it’s advertised. It’s quite dark, slightly dated. Pool area is unappealing and dingy. Staff were pleasant, rooms were clean, great location. Had a hiccup or two at check in and they sent us to a dirty room. Room was not ready until 430 even though we arrived at 130pm. (To be fair, it does state that check in is 4pm) Radium Brewery and White Horn Cafe are close by and would recommend both. Was fine price for value but probably would not stay there again.
