Great room with wood burning fireplace and access to spacious deck for entertaining or just watching the sunset. Master bedroom includes scenic views of the property and a generous sized master bath. The walk out basement is comprised of one bedroom, a full bath, office and a family room with wood burning fireplace. There are 400 amps of electrical power to meet all your electrical needs. All of this 5 minutes away from Fox Lake, only a few minutes from downtown Lake Villa restaurants and shopping. The home also has zoned heating and central air.
