We paid a lot of money through Expedia only to find Palisades Tahoe did not have any snow when we got there, so we had to cancel the ski lessons. Then the second day we got there, the weather forecast changed to a winter storm warning, expecting many fee of snow starting 12/24. So we decided to leave a day early since we had to drive through Donner Pass. We asked the front desk if they could give us a credit since the weather did not allow us to do any skiing, but they told us since we booked through Expedia they couldn't do anything for us. Very disappointed and will consider not using Expedia in the future.

WE were disappointed in all the activities that usually happened on Friday (after Thanksgiving).... no ice show , no Santa arrival & no fireworks. Check in was difficult as placed in handicapped room (not requested on our reservation) & had to wait for another room / non-hanicapped. There were limited chairs on the pool deck. The scheduled activites, i.e. ice skating w/ Santa & live music and hot cocoa in lobby were very delayed! Just not the experience we have enjoyed over the last several years!!

Everyone was so pleasant and made our stay so enjoyable. Especially loved Matt the Lobby bartender and want to visit Here again soon! Also loved the convenient shuttle busses and the great drivers so I didn’t have to take my car around everywhere!! Thank you Everline for a a great stay!! I’ll be back/ loved it soooo much!

Very busy, but great access to the mountain and good rooms. Definitely more family friendly vibe than a relaxing getaway.
