Very nice room and grounds. Only complaint is the annoying service fee

Great property. Very expensive and did not like resort fee.

Lots of activities, beautiful property, great restaurants!

Fantastic family resort. Played in the snow right outside our room. Lift to Squaw Valley is on the property and a super short shuttle ride took us into the village (front of Squaw Valley). The village had more kids activities in addition to the ice skating and heated pool at the resort.

Everything was excellent, had a spacious suite with king bed and took advantage of the 105* hot tubs and 85* pool after a great day of skiing. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel. Nice staff, nice facilities. Only negative are the paper thin walls in the guest rooms.

Hotel was nice and clean. Dining choices were more limited than I had expected and food was cold and pricey when we ate at the casual restaurant. Kid friendly with fun activities and great location next to Squaw.

The hotel is amazing - great views and ski-in, ski-out doesn't get any better than this. Generally we had an awesome impression but I found some of the staff to be rude and unaccommodating. A little more focus on customer service could make this a great place to stay.

Stayed here the week of Christmas in a Valley View King Suite with our two kids sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Room was good sized, clean and comfortable. Included a kitchenette with small fridge, stove and microwave. The view from the room was almost as good as the pictures on the website. The place was decorated for Christmas so everything was very festive - lots of lights everywhere at night. Another nice touch - live music at night and during the days at various spots around the hotel. Much of the hotel facilities are outside which meant a cold walk of 100 yards or so to get to the heated pool and multiple hot tubs but it also felt really festive sitting by one of the many outdoor fireplaces or firepits drinking mulled wine and listening to live music after a long day of skiing. There are shuttles to Squaw every half hour and also a chairlift from the hotel onto the slopes for intermediate or better skiers. There was at least a 30 minute wait every night at the pub which was decent but overpriced - about $150 for two adults and 2 younger kids . The deli was very good for a quick bite any time of day.

Great place and even better staff. Perfect setting for a weekend (or week long) getaway with the kids.

This resort was excellent for a family vacation. There was something to do for everyone in our family.

Wait staff at Sandys was great ... the woman gave us great advice on hiking! Cliff at the Peak was fabulous... quick, fun and attentive!! Relaxing environment!

Really enjoyed our weekend get away with our 8yo son. The pool is heated year round and warm enough to the kids to enjoy while the adults supervise from the nearby hot tub.

Great place to stay, great staff but noisy guests

Great location, great staff, great rooms. Walk to the lift. You can't go wrong with this place!

The hotel had lots of activities to do with the kids. Clean and friendly. Beautiful setting

We had nice weekend staying at the hotel. The room was very clean and the staffs were very friendly.
