Hotel was nice and clean. Dining choices were more limited than I had expected and food was cold and pricey when we ate at the casual restaurant. Kid friendly with fun activities and great location next to Squaw.

The hotel is amazing - great views and ski-in, ski-out doesn't get any better than this. Generally we had an awesome impression but I found some of the staff to be rude and unaccommodating. A little more focus on customer service could make this a great place to stay.

Stayed here the week of Christmas in a Valley View King Suite with our two kids sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Room was good sized, clean and comfortable. Included a kitchenette with small fridge, stove and microwave. The view from the room was almost as good as the pictures on the website. The place was decorated for Christmas so everything was very festive - lots of lights everywhere at night. Another nice touch - live music at night and during the days at various spots around the hotel. Much of the hotel facilities are outside which meant a cold walk of 100 yards or so to get to the heated pool and multiple hot tubs but it also felt really festive sitting by one of the many outdoor fireplaces or firepits drinking mulled wine and listening to live music after a long day of skiing. There are shuttles to Squaw every half hour and also a chairlift from the hotel onto the slopes for intermediate or better skiers. There was at least a 30 minute wait every night at the pub which was decent but overpriced - about $150 for two adults and 2 younger kids . The deli was very good for a quick bite any time of day.

Great place and even better staff. Perfect setting for a weekend (or week long) getaway with the kids.

This resort was excellent for a family vacation. There was something to do for everyone in our family.

Wait staff at Sandys was great ... the woman gave us great advice on hiking! Cliff at the Peak was fabulous... quick, fun and attentive!! Relaxing environment!

Really enjoyed our weekend get away with our 8yo son. The pool is heated year round and warm enough to the kids to enjoy while the adults supervise from the nearby hot tub.

Great place to stay, great staff but noisy guests

Great location, great staff, great rooms. Walk to the lift. You can't go wrong with this place!

The hotel had lots of activities to do with the kids. Clean and friendly. Beautiful setting

We had nice weekend staying at the hotel. The room was very clean and the staffs were very friendly.

Very comfortable, quiet. All hotel associates were extremely helpful, pleasant. Foods were great.

Beautiful romm nice place. I would recc this hotel to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the game it's not the same time as the first time in the morning and evening of the most Objectifyjng misogynistic the same time as the content of the best

We love the resort and so does our little one...he would not want to leave :-) We made a short trip to Reno as well. This was our second trip around. Our little one was a little sad the pool with the slide for kids was not open during our stay, but he still enjoyed the other kids pool and the sauna, making smors at night by the fire.

Hotel is in very good location central to skiing and city. Excellent service in the lobby. They have lot of kids activities on site. Will visit again

I love staying at the Resort at Squaw Creek. The views are breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. It's super close to the village, where you can find great restaurants and bars. Make sure to stop in and have dinner and drinks at the Auld Dubliner and Plumpjacks!

this is our favorite go to place at Squaw Valley. rooms are very clean and comfortable. the fireplace suite comes with a fully stocked kitchen in case you get tired of eating out. the hotel staff is exceptional. To top it all off there is a ski lift that picks you up from the hotel grounds and takes you directly to the slopes. this will remain our go to place

Only real complaint is that service tended to be very slow in shops. Waited 35 min for coffe and a bagel. Walls are thin so light sleepers beware. Very family friendly with great activities for kids. Lots of kids and families there. Overall, would stay again. Nice getaway resort in Tahoe!

Exquisite hotel in a fabulous location. The suite was very comfortable and staff friendly and professional. Many families were present during my stay but I like kids so no problem for me. Squaw Valley views were special.

we changed a room with in few minutes because there is a problem with restroom door. unfortunately second room has the same problem. the engineer spent some time but could not fix it. so i just let it go. evening comes the surprise. there is no microwave in the room. when complained about this the manager asked me to heat the food in the Deli located at ground floor. seriously. they offered the room change but i was tired of those things. the manager said these rooms are owned by independent people, so they cannot move microwaves from room to room. no great features except swimming pool
