Quick service at check in and departure. All else well. room was comfortable and clean. Overall painting could use some touch-up.

Wonderful area and view of Lake Tahoe. On site restaurants, beach access, and water sport rentals were a plus.

Close to lake and lots of water activities.but too expensive for me and Nevada tax free zone still gave me two heavy taxes for hotel and resort even i do not use or attend resort. I walk to lake and was all day on lake. Water was cold.

Awesome property for couples or kids. We brought our 2 year old who had never been to snow. They gave us complimentary sleds and then after the snow we headed back to the pool. They give you smore kits for the big firepit outside by the pool. We are 100% going back.

Great hotel close to the lake! Game room and has a casino and great food options within the hotel.

The hotel was, well, messy. Soda bottles with cigarettes on furniture near the third floor elevators. Used towels and dirty glasses down by the beach in the mornings. Dirty lounge chairs near the lake. Smell of stale cigarette smoke in the lobby and non-smoking restaurants on the first floor. Not what I'd expect from this hotel.

I thought the location was great, close to good hiking and biking trails. I did not like how they seemed to want to charge you for everything on top of the price of the hotel; I wasn't surprised by this (I knew ahead of time), I just didn't like it. The reason I paid the high price for the hotel was because it was a resort, why do I have to pay a resort fee? The also charge you to park each day. What did they think I was going to do, walk up to the resort to stay the weekend? The restaurants and the hotel staff were exceptional.

Very comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Like the rustic Lodge decor.

Nice hotel but they didn’t have water heater at the morning we were about to check out. I called the front desk at 8am right after I found out the water was cold and the send an engineer and told us there was no boiler. They told it will be back soon in 30 mins. After an hour later I called them and they said another 30mins until it was past 11am already and just decided to check without showering. Because of this our plans got delayed. After checking out they offered us a place to shower which they could’ve done that in the beginning already instead of making us wait for more than 3hrs. I wasn’t happy on the outcome when I stayed here

Beautiful room, gorgeous view. Regency perks, awesome breakfast spread. Casino, really nice. Beautiful lake view, across the street-but right there. Easy drive to ski mount and area attractions.

The rooms are newly renovated and clean, very helpful and friendly staff, easy shuttle service to Diamond Peak ski resort. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for staying with us, and sorry to hear that you may have been surprised by some charges! As a state, Nevada has no income tax for residents, but that's the only part that's tax-free. As a state, we still have sales tax and such, which is what would have come up on your tab. You're always welcome to reach out if you have questions about your bill, however! Just send us an email, and we'll have someone on our billing team follow up. Thanks!

What a wonderful review! We hope the snow was a blast and the sledding hill was a wonderful introduction to winter weather. We'll look forward to having you back (and helping you make more s'mores, of course!)
