Our room was immaculate and quiet. The view of the mountains was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. My son enjoyed watching baseball and football games at the saloon. The loaded nachos and giant pretzel were our favorites. Me and my wife went there for our anniversary and it was better than what we thought. Loved the room love the area. It was all beautiful all around us a lot to do. The casino was a lot of fun. The food at the restaurants were great seeing at that place, you can’t go wrong

1.Very long walk to room (89 years old). Room 223. 2. Room was dark making readimg difficult. 3. The lone eagle grill was gone (the best feature of the hotel and why I choose the hotel).

The constant expectation of tips is extremely depressing. When I come down to place the food order, I don’t think a tip SHOULD be expected. …and when the person taking the order (Kelley) disappears and leaves my order in another worker’s hands (of which he knew nothing about) and the manager (William) was completely and purposefully unhelpful, I think tipping should be the last thing on anyone’s mind. Maybe genuinely wanting to hear feedback on how the process could be improved would have served future clients better. This took place in the restaurant, but the attitude is rampant throughout the location.
